I paid off my balance to them in August 2013. In April 2014 I got call from my two creditors that balances were not paid by FHS. I tried to leave messages, no one is calling back. I filed a BBB complaint, never heard from anyone. THis is negatively affecting my credit report and I'm having to pay the creditors just to stop the calls. They owe me my money back.
This Company is lying and ripping our family off! Taking advantage of innocent people and their families. This company took over our previous Financial Company that we used for 5yrs. Since Financial Help Services, Inc. took over they made 1 payment in full, we've paid them since July and they can still not tell us where our money is. Every attempt we've made to straighten this horrible situation out, they just lie and leave us on hold and give us their "word" only to not uphold their integrity, loyalty and compassion to their clients.
We're trying to get our money back but seems impossible when you can't even get through to anyone!! Stay clear from this Company!!
This company financial Help Services has been withdrawing funds of $487.50 out of my checking account for the past 4 months; June, July, August and September 2014 and have not payed my bills according to the contract agreement. I have called them several times each month and left several messages for the manager to call me and have never received a call back. my debators have sent me letters that they have dropped me from this service, because of none Payment. I want to know where my $1950.00 has gone??? I had to barrow the money and take care of my final bills on my own as of 9/26/2014. I just want my money back. I am elderly woman on a fixed income and I need my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever. I now have to wait and see if I will ever receive the money they took from my account without paying the bills they were obligated to pay.
