We started servicing FinCapital in June 2014 with a single mobile application order worth $1,200 USD which was ordered and transferred to FinCapital account owned by Robert Wiemar / Mr. Theuns Schoeman. This was completed under the guidance of Nadia Maritz who works at FinCapital.
After that, FinCapital ordered applications worth over $20,000 USD in total 9 iOS and Android applications were ordered with us which was managed by Mr. Theuns Schoeman and Mr. Llewellyn Morkel.
These applications were ordered in July 2014, while we were completing this batch of application another batch was overseen and approved individually by Mr. Theuns Schoeman and Mr. Llewellyn Morkel. This batch of applications was over $22,000 USD worth of investment.
We delivered the first batch of applications by the end of Nov. 2014 and completed the third batch of applications by December 2014.
Till that as on 23rd July 2015, Mr. Theuns / FinCapital is yet to pay $1,300 USD for the previous batches of applications it received from us and ALSO REFUSES to pay $20,000 USD which they owe us for the applications ordered under Batch 3.
Despite numerous reminders, emails FinCapital refused to pay us what they owe us.
This has actually ruined our business since we invested 4 months of coding hours and over $20,000 USD especially to make sure the batch 3 applications are delivered at the earliest.
Despite sending them proofs of orders and discussion, company has failed to release our payments.
