My husband and I feel pretty duped by this company. They made a lot of unfulfilled promises to us. We are a small business just trying to stay current and relevant so we felt the need to have more web presence. It was an exciting thougtht to be at the top of someone's search engine but nothing like that ever happened and here is the reason…plainly put, we got suckered.
The guys at FYTS told us we could choose our own search phrases but when it came down to it, we actually had to choose from their poor selection of search phrases that no smart person would ever type in to search for us. So bogus!
They also created an awful looking splash page that anyone who is trying to find us would see and have to click on to get to our real website. We had endless conversations with them about our issues but they just stood their ground and even insulted us for not being very internet savvy. My husband is a web developer and they just have no clue.
So after spending $3,000 and having one heated phone conversation after another, we finally just gave up. Our level of stress was through the roof and we were just so gutted that we wasted so much money on them.
