I call Acceptance Insurance when i was looking for car insurance and they gave me a quote and it sounded really good, so i sign up for the car insurance 10 minutes later i change my mind and tell them to cancel the insurance because i was going to stay with my current car insurance. Well they cancel the policy after calling every week for two month they finally return what was left of my down payment out of a 150.00 down payment i got 46.12 back and they could never tell me why they took over a hundred dollars from my down payment. When asked they said it was a cancellation fee but they could not figuere out how much that was. It surprice me to say that i was insured for 10 minutes and it cost me 100.00. It was a true ripoff.
