Our company is continually being harassed by First Alert Pc inc saying we ordered advertising from them which we did not.
Now they are threatening to send this bill to a third party collection agency.
They claim this is the end of term final invoice, which like I said we never ordered or authorized. To this point, all I have done is ignore them which I will continue to do.
Premiere Alert started harassing us a very long time ago and is now threatening to file a negative report with major credit agencies. We have argues with them to now avail, and now just ignore the faxes. We do not want a negative report against our company that is of good standing with all creditors, but we do not want to pay an unwarranted invoice. What to do?
I was receiving the same invoices from several Canadian based companies. I filled a report with the Canadian Anti Fraud Center, low and behold I haven't received a fax since. The BBB no longer has a office in Montreal so I fiquired I would try the Canadians. Very helpful. I suggest everyone do the same.
My family owns a small home based business and we have also been targeted by this company. It started months ago with a couple faxs per week, then exploded to two - three faxes per day. I have called them, but of course no answer. I also went to the extent of hiring my lawyer for advice as this company has threatened to take my company to the major credit agencies. My lawyer has advised to ignore them, and to contact my local RCMP. I just want this company to stop harassing me!

We are being threatened saying they are going to report us to collection agency.
Their bill reads " Automated END OF TERM FINAL INVOICE" 744.95 USD
We never authorized nor ordered any such advertising.
As of yet we have just Ignored them, but now I'm afraid they are going to try and destroy my rating which to this point is flawless.
all their faxes are wasting my time and supplies and i just want them to STOP!!!!
if they continue after today I WILL be reporting them to both the Quebec Police and the RCMP

This is a scam and a very low one at that. I try calling them and all I ever get is a message stating to "quote your invoice number for payment and a customer service rep will return your call". What kind of LEGITIMATE advertising business has a message that cuts directly to the chase of collecting on invoices?
If I can not contact them and speak to a real person about this, I will be reporting to the Quebec Police or the RCMP.
Also received an invoice marked urgent. Never heard of them never ordered anything. Tried calling, also got the same message. They don't even deserve one star!
