Contacted us offering a mortgage of $165,000 toward purchase of a house. When we found a place for $135,000 and committed to purchase they reneged on the mortgage. Their claim was "that our credit was not good enough." We gave up our rental house near Tucson and are now up in Cottonwood in a smaller abode and have to give this up in September. Very costly. We find them to be liars and cheats.
