They offer a $250.00 bonus if you sign up online. It said I had to either receive a direct deposit of over $250.00 or use the debit card several times or use the online bill pay several times to qualify.
It's been nearly two months and I have received nothing. The first time I called they said it was only $100.00 because the fine print says you have to do all 3 to get the full amount. Nobody responds when you tell them that is misleading. And they can take ""Up to 30 days from the end of the billing cycle"" when you met the criteria.
I called again a month later to ask why they wait till the last minute. They wouldn't want me to wait if I owed them, right? The rep lied at first and said I hadn't met the criteria until this week. When I called her a liar and demanded a supervisor she admitted it has been over a month, it will come when they get around to it and ""You'll just have to be patient."" And refused to get a supervisor.
I still haven't received this bogus less-than-half of what I was lured in for bonus at all.
