Fitness 19 has continued to bill for a membership not used in over 2 years. Continues to place harassing phone calls, has attempted to charge bank accounts that required the account to be closed to avoid their taking payment out of account. Has billed credit card without permission. Again requireing card to be cancelled and re-issued. BEWARE of their practices. Will not accept a telephone cancellation. nor a fax, e-mail or even if you try to send a letter; they never received it. Must either go in mperson and fill out their form, which they then lose as they do not give youa receipt for the cancellation form. BEWARE!!!
