0n 7/25/14 my daughter and myself went to flecthers to get new tires for my daughters car because she had plans to drive to Vegas to meet friends from California on 8/18/14. Its about a 6 hr drive from here to Vegas. And on the way back she got a flat tire. She called AAA and had them come put her spare on then she proceded on her way after a few miles she got another flat tire (not the spare). And had to call AAA AGAIN! this time she had to have it towed to a gas station because her spare was already on her car. The station didnt have tires to fit her car but told her they could get them the next day .When she explained to the lady at the station she just bought them and insurance on them. The lady told her to call them about paying for the 2 new tire she now needed. After going back and forth for awhile Flecthers or the ins. co. agreed to pay for the tires (because she was stuck in Seligman ).So now she doesnt have much money and she is alone and she has to sleep in her car in front of the station in a town she doesnt know .Would this make you mad? it made me mad. We stayed on the phone on and off most of the night. I was baby sitting her 3 small kids.Ages 5 ,3 and 1. I would have drove there my self but she didnt want her daughter in 1st grade to miss school ( she has had perfect atendance for kinder garden also.) Which brings up another point.I specifically asked the sales man about these tires.I said she drives my grand childern around .Are these good tires? and the answer I got was yes these are good tires. there safe tires.
OK getting back to way Im wrighting this todat 10/16/14 she got a 3rd flat tire. Flecthers charges us $35.93 for laboe and balancing and such. Now I ask you what kind of DEAL are these tire that we have had to spend 3 days having tires put on and 3 calls to AAA. AND they have the nerv to charge us more money . I am discuseted with the way this company is run. 3 tires in 3 months? these are bad tires and the sales man must know it .He lied for a sale and put my daughters life and my grand childerns lives in danger for a sale. Oh and while she was stuck up there we AZ had one of the worst rain stormes in years.
