I've ordered flowers froom them twice. I am not sure if the first set was delivered, both were for funerals. The second time, they didn't deliver them at all and didn't notify me. After several phone calls and hang ups by the company, they said they didn't deliver them because they couldn't confirm the time of the funeral. I had given them that information. Two weeks later I after my friend told me she didn't get the flowers, I began calling them, then began the hangups by the so-called customer service department. This company employs professional fraudsters and needs to be stopped. I am going to call the US attorney.

Ordered flowers from this company who offered same day delivery. Flowers were supposed to be 29.99 plus 6.99 for 4 hour delivery. Here it is 36 hours later and the flowers have still not been delivered, and I have been charged 74.43 for something I never received.

I have called, and called, to be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. When I finally did reach someone they told me it would be delivery for today and they would upgrade and give me a hundred dollar store credit and knock 12.99 off my bill. These flowers were a birthday surprise for my 81 year old mother in law..Now they are late, and I have been given empty promises. So upset. I want my money back!!!

I ordered flowers early the day of my sisters birthday and they guaranteed same day delivery. First I was concerned because after 3hrs of placing the order I never got an email confirmation. So I called to follow up and the girl rudely was like "I just resent it"...ok so I asked her if I would get delivery confirmation and she said yes. After another 2hrs goes by, I receive no delivery confirmation so I got worried. I call again and another girl told me the local florists sends confirmation by the EOD and it will be there before 5. She said she will call and get back to me. After another hour and half passes and no call back, I call again to talk to another girl who NOW informs me my delivery has been pushed to Next Day. WHY WOULD I WANT TO SEND FLOWERS THE DAY AFTER MY SISTERS BDAY?! I became livid and told her i demand a refund, she then proceeds to put me on hold for a long time and when she comes back said she will transfer me to a supervisor. I sat on hold AGAIN to get dumped into a machine where I had to leave my info for a call back. After a day goes by and no call back, I try again to just keep getting a machine saying everyone is busy. This place is BS, they are liars and do not provide A+ service (as stated on their site). They put they are BBB verified and they probably stole that web button to make themselves look good. I intend on filing a dispute against them, but do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation ordering from them.

I ordered flowers for a friend's mom's funeral. They didn't deliver them, didn't call me, claim now weeks later that they couldn't confirm the funeral service time, so that's their reason for not delivering them. When I try to get a refund, they hang up on me and put me on perpetual hold. They flag my phone number so that I now go into automated system and don't let you talk to anyone. I can't imagine how many thousands of people they have ripped off, because they aqparently pay google to have their website come up on the top of the list when you google for a florist. Someone needs to stop them.

I paid over $60.00 on Fri. 5/30/14 for a delivery to Waccammaw Hospital in Murrels Inlet, SC for my daughter who had baby. Also ordered baloon with the arrangement.

Company charged me 2 services fees for a guaranteed same day delivery.

They charged my debit card on 5/30/14 and never delivered anything to the hospital.

I called the customer service line 2 times and left voice messages and no one called back.

I sent email to [email protected] and told them I was turning them in as a fraud.

They kept my money and delivered nothing.

This company is running a scam and ripping people off.

I wished I would have googled the word spam with the company name before I placed the order.

Buyer beware.

DO NOT use this company. It has taken two weeks to get money refunded for flowers that WERE NOT delivered, despite emails saying they were! I wrote approx 10 emails, made approx 16 phone calls....my husband wrote 6 emails. I was yelled at, called a liar and was refused to be allowed to talk to a manager. I was only able to talk to an actual person about the problem ONE time. This company is a total rip off, and unless you like headaches, use a local florist.

On Saturday morning I realized my mom was going to be in the hospital for a few days. I left that day and arrived later that evening to surprise her in the hospital. My Boyfriend had to work this weekend and felt bad that he couldn't go, so he sent her flowers, made the order on Sat, June 14, so they would be delivered Sunday, June 15. The response was postive confirming the address, and date of delivery.

The thing is, once the middle of the day rolled around, we realized the flowers were not there yet, so we made a few calls to find out what the status of the order was...five messages to a voice mail, automated responses and no human contact. Could not get an actual human no matter how we tried.

Finally the next day, an email was sent at 11AM on Monday, June 16 saying that the flowers would be delivered today. My mom was discharged at around 5PM, and the flowers never arrived..

I told my boyfriend to dispute the charge on his credit card. But it's just so sad that a website that claims that there customer service is available 27/7/365 cannot respond to customers wondering where their flowers could be...no idea, no clue, no response.

FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICES only job is to deliver flowers in a timely fashion...you can't do that, you don't have a business.

Please do not order from this company. I highly recommend(((competitor's name redacted))) or . The only reason I tried FDE was because a pop-up of their add displayed a really great deal, and I was trying to get flowers ASAP to a dying friend.

The website is unethical, deceiving, and fraudulet. You are given a total with taxes, and delivery fees. You are then asked to enter your credit card information. When you think you are about to get confirmation, you get an entirely new outrageous price and a confirmation that your credit card has been charge more than double!

I called immediately to figure outhow to be refunded, and the CSR said I would be credit back $51.71. This is a scam. I have received an email months later from FDE tellng me to use $51.71 by this week, or I lose it all. I don't want more flowers, I would like a refund. Even when I go ack totheir website to see about using the credit, it tells me I will sill owe $20 more dollars for a bouqet + shipping + taxes. . . I've called the 888 customer service line and I've been on hold for 20 minutes!

FDE is a complete scam. You can find flowers for half the price at the other companies.

Placed an order for a flower spray at 9:17am. Realized it wasn't a local shop for a funeral that was today. Called the company to cancel at 9:27am . CSR hardly would take no for an anwer. Tried to get money off the spray, or send to the home. Kept coming up with ideas on how to keep the order after I told her numerous times (at leat 6) that I just wanted to cancel the order. She said she will process the cancelation paperwork which took 21 minutes. Must be alot of paperwork to cancel an order. I deal with CC charges all day long and it takes seconds to reverse a charge. And again before the end she asked one more time if they could send flower to the house instead. WOW! Frustrating. She said it could take up to a week to get our card credited. If it's not credited the full amount of 254.76 I will be writing another report.

In advertently, I placed an order with FlowerDeliveryExpress.com. Overwhelmed that my husband's uncle was deceased, because we could not attend the funeral, I was adamant about sending flowers to express our condolences. I went online and searched for a florist in the city and state where our uncle resided. The searched yielded this website. So, I placed the order for a floral arrangement/funeral with a sympathy card. The cost was $238.00. When I realized that the date of the funeral had been changed, I attempted to contact the website. Some female answered and asked for my email address. I "spoke" the email address. Then, she asked me to spell my email address. I got as far as the second "letter" which was an "i"...then she followed up with"...is this an "i" as in egg roll, to which I remarked, "egg roll starts with an "e." I knew I was in trouble, so I hung up.

When I realized I was dealing with an online service, I began to call all of the florist in the city and state where our uncle had resided. I found the local florist who had been given the order to fill by FlowerDeliveryExpress.com. What I found was FlowerDeliveryExpress.com had kept a 1/4 of the money they charge me and paid the remainder to the local florist. I had no problem with their fee. What gave me pause was... FlowerDeliveryExpress.com sent a photo of the arrangement I supposedly order, which was NOT WHAT I HAD VIEWED OR ORDERED ON THEIR WEBSITE...IT WAS A CHEAP VERSION OF WHAT HAD BEEN SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE. So, I was getting a sub-standard product at a higher cost. In the end, the local florist would have sent out what they were instructed to do, without knowing that FlowerDeliveryExpress.com had misrepresented my original order.

I ended up making an agreement with the local florist to design the floral arrangement the way I wanted it to look, and I paid the local florist an additional $65 to correct FlowerDeliveryExpress.com scam.

The site boast a 40% rebate to be sent to your email address on record when placing the order; however, they leave off the part of your email address after @. What you end up with as an email address reads like mrshoodwinked@blankblankblank@

In other words, you never receive the discount, and you get less than what you paid for. This qualifies as a RIP OFF!!

ADVICE: Make sure the florist you use has a local address with a local number. Call the local number and confirm that they are a local florist. Hang up and call back...ask for their physical address, if it matches what you find online, you might be okay.

I Googled for a florist in Blue River, OR. This company came up and it appeared it was a local shop. I went thru and placed an order for my sisters funeral service on May 7. The order total appeared to be about $50.00. It then had me give my CC info and then hit Place Order or something similar. Once I did that, the last page came up with several additional charges and it immediately was charged to my card...$112.00, more than double the amount I had agreed to.

Within an hour or two of placing the order, I received an email saying my delivery may have to be postponed. The flowers were to be delivered to a community center where the funeral was to be held. To make a long story short, the flowers never got there.

If you try calling them, you get no one, just a message saying they will answer you by email.

I found one website with over 1,000 similar complaints. Yelp has over 200 similar complaints.

I have called my CC company to cancel this credit card...I don't know what these people will attempt next.

Today, two days after the funeral, I get an email from this company saying my flowers are scheduled for delivery.

This company is a SCAM! Please beware, do not use them.

Do not EVER trust Flower Delivery Express!!! They lie, waste your time, but worst of all, the flowers you cared so much to pay a premium price for WILL NOT BE DELIVERED!!!

LIE: I asked repeatedly if they were local in the city and state where the funeral was being held and was repeatedly told yes in a very bad accent and hard to understand.

WASTE OF TIME: It took 35 minutes to get the order cancelled and a refund issued.

FAILED TO DELIVER: Funeral flowers WERE NEVER DELIVERED!!!

April 30th, the young daughter of one of our employees passed away. My boss asked me to have flowers delivered to the funeral, which was rather sudden, just two days later, on May 2nd. I placed the order at 10:00 am to have them delivered within 4 hours, which would have been at the latest, an hour before the funeral was to begin. I was reassured over and over again, that they were local, that they had delivered to this funeral home before, that the arrangement would be delivered within 2 hours, all lies!

They were never delivered. I attempted repeatedly, to get through to customer service but kept having to leave a message. Finally, May 7th I was able to get through to a customer service rep. after a very long hold. The call lasted 35 minutes! I was placed on inordinately long holds and was treated as if they were doing me a favor by cancelling the order and issuing a refund.

Be VERY CAREFUL when placing an order for flowers – especially if it’s something you can’t make up for – like funeral flowers. Make sure you find a LOCAL florist – even if you have to call another local business and ask their employees to recommend a local florist. This is the website you should NEVER visit!!!

Do not use this company! They will quote you a price for flowers with a picture of what you are supposed to be purchisning. Then when you are ready to check out with the price that they quoted you, they have you imput your credit card number. Once you submit, then the reciept comes up with "hidden" charges that add about $35-$40 onto your bill. I Immidatly called and had them cancel my order. I was promised by Michell from the main office in customer service that the order was cancelled and I would get a full refund to my cc within 3-5 busniss days. It has been 9 business days and I still do not have a refund. Customer service is giving me the run around and saying that the refund has been completed. There is has been no refund to my credit card!

I ordered flowers and a balloon to be sent to my daughter in a hospital in San Antonio Texas. They advertised $40 off the order. They had hidden charges not shown until after payment was made.

The cost was supposed to be $44.95 but they charged me $75.43. I immediately started calling and filled out a form they had online a couple of times to cancel the order. I also sent a couple of emails that after a couple of days they came back and said they could not put them through.

My daughter did get the flowers but did not receive the balloon that was five dollars. Complaint is hidden charges and could not get the order canceled plus my daughter said she did not get a balloon.

Found their website flowerdeliveryexpress.com and called to place an order for same day delivery.

They took the money out of my account very quickly but my order was never delivered.

Nobody answers for customer service they put you thru a recording and nobody answers the emails. there is no other way to get thru them. this is a real SCAM.

  • Jan 14, 2015

I just ordered flowers through Flower Delivery Express. They had a come-on of a rebate of $50. Though the flowers were "reduced" there were extra fees like $3.96 for the card, a $15.00 "service fee" etc. so that flowers that cost $24.95 cost $68.000 when all was said and done. And the promised $50 dollar rebate is only good if you buy more flowers. Not only have I not gotten the rebate as promised, but in most business, the rebate does not require a second purchase. Beware this is a rip off company.

  • Dec 26, 2014

This company is a total scam, offering you a $50 rebate and then fine print states you must use on another online order, which expires in 30 days. When you place another online order, you are hit with $13 service fee, $13 order fee, $13 delivery fee, I ordered a small plant for $20 cost that wound up costing me $79; when I tried to use the rebate, ordering another $20 plant, the additional cost would've been $48! A Total of $129 for two very small plants to be delivered. total ripoff.

  • Oct 17, 2014

Beware, the flowers I ordered was not what was delivered at all. My colleagues and I ordered a bouquet of flowers from Flower delivery Express dot com for our Manager on Boss Day.

Unfortunately, the bouquet of flowers that were delivered was completed different from what we ordered. We asked for the place order sent from Flower Delivery Express to the florist and noticed they put "similiar flowers are ok". It was very embarassing to say the least, when we gave our Manager the flowers. Very disappointed and incredibly embarassing.

We will never order flowers from this website ever again, and neither should you!

  • Sep 24, 2014

First they stuck you in with a discount coupon, Then add service fees and delivery fees of close to the amount of the coupon. For instance, they will give you a $40 off coupon and show a picture of flowers for a price of $29.99 next day delivery. When you add to cart you are charged a $20 service fee and $18.99 delivery fee. I even paid extra for 6 hour delivery. When they were not delivered I called. There is no one to call, only an answering service with b the promise of a return call that never came. These flowers were for my daughters 21 st birthday. I ended up sending flowers from else where. After not returning my call, three days later I received an email stating they would deliver the flowers in the near future. I responded demanding my money back. They again never replied, but delivered the flowers 4 days late, adding you agreed to our terms and conditions that day we don't have to actually deliver! BTW the 29.99 flowers that got there 4 days late cost almost $65.

  • Sep 18, 2014

Wesley Berry-FlowerDeliveryExpress.com took our telephone order for 65 red roses and promised delivery the next day, my parent's 65th anniversary. My credit card was charged $210.68 but the flowers were never delivered. Three phone calls over the next week resulted in three discussions with "customer service representatives" who took the information and promised a call back within 24 hours. No call back ever came. The "customer service representatives" could not give a supervisor's or manager's name or telephone number. Nor could they provide the name of the local florist who was to fill the order. When asked "is this a legitimate company?', the customer service rep said "I do not have that information, sir". Ten days later, out the money and no flowers to show for it. Watch out for these guys. How could they still be operating. Ripoff Report lists over 90 complaints.

  • Sep 6, 2014

I did a google search for a Florist and Flower Delivery Express came up. They offered free shipping and what looked like good prices for flowers. After entering in all my information and credit card information, the prices were more than what I would want to pay. Norton Anti Virus said that the site could not be trusted, by then it was too late, these fraud artist had my card number. 2 days later these charges appear in my bank statement fo Air Canada airline tickets and a car rental. This is the only culprit it could be. They even had a bogus agent answer the phone. Stay away from these theives.

  • Aug 30, 2014

I ordered flowers on 8/26/2014 for same day delivery. The deals on line were great. I selected a floral arrangement with 4 hour express delivery for an additional 6.99. The total would have been around $50.00. After I pressed the payment button, I had charges for flowers at $64.99, a service charge of $19.99, and a handling fee of $18.89. My total was $83.86! Typically when an online order is placed, you are able to view your order and all charges so that you can edit the order before it is placed. This company does not do that and they bill you for things that you did not purchase.

I called the numbers listed on their website in an attempt to correct the problem, but the calls went to a recording stating that my call was important, and the next available representative would be with me in a moment. Nobody ever picked up the phone. I sent a myriad of emails - no response. They indicate on their website that you can track your order, but it does not work. It simply states that the order is being processed. When I tried to follow-up a second time, and there is a sentence on their tracking section that asks, 'is this your second attempt to track your order', click the box, an email will be sent to you in a few minutes'...no email arrives. The flowers were never delivered! I ordered the flowers for my daughter on her first day as a teacher... you never get your first day back.

On 8/27 at 5:15AM I actually reached someone at the number on the website. The individual took my information and assured me that someone at corporate would get back to me promptly. Nobody called. I tried periodically throughout the day to call them, only to sit on hold listening to their recording. I sent another email and no response. On 8/28, at 4:30AM I reached someone at the same number who after I told my story, explained that they were only an answering service, they'd take my information, but I should contact my bank. Sometime around 1PM on 8/28 a flower delivery was made to my daughter, but they were not the flowers ordered, instead the lipstick-hued roses were replaced with droopy red roses and red carnations and the godetia replaced with an inexpensive, purple filler that does not appear in any of the floral arrangements pictured on their websites. It was also a less expensive vase. It was an inexpensive arrangement.

A great deal of time and energy went into trying to follow-up on the order. What should have been a happy moment for me to surprise my daughter became a nightmare.

Do not use this company!

  • Jul 18, 2014

I ordered my wife a flower arrangement from Flower Delivery Express on 05/22/2014. The website guaranteed same day delivery and stated I would receive a delivery confirmation. Needless to say I never received anything and neither did my wife. She works at a hospital so it's open 24 hours a day with someone always at the front desk. This fraud of a business charged my card but 4 days later no flowers were EVER delivered. And of course you cannot get anyone on the phone so I sent an email. The email stated that unless I got an email saying different that to assume the flowers had been delivered which contradicts the first email. No flowers were ever delivered and this "business" refuses to answer my repeated requests for a refund so I have begun the complaint process with both my bank and the Eastern Michigan BBB since that is where this scam artist is located. Unbelievably they have a grade of "B" with the BBB which I find hard to believe from a business with nearly 2000 complaints.

  • Jul 16, 2014

Ordered Floweres for delivery May 8th 2014 and paid the extra cost for same day delivery only to have them NOT delivered. I called the company at 888-851-2881 and was forced to leave a message as no one answers the phone. The next day I received an email from [email protected] saying that it came to their attention that my order may not have been handled as intended, apologized and said that I was issued a $40 credit applicable to my next purchase!!!!

UNBELIEVABLE! They charged me $60.44 on my credit card, which then provided me a phone number (248) 851-2881 in which a person answered. Kept me on hold for 27 minutes then hung up on me. Called back, same thing. Called back 3rd time and was told I would hear from a supervisor, to which I have YET TO HEAR FROM. I called my bank, cancelled the charge and reported them.

BEWARE!!! This company, whatever the hell it is, IS A FULL ON SCAM. BEWARE!

  • Jul 12, 2014

Ordered flowers for my best friend's viewing/funeral services from Flower Delivery Express, an online company. The webpage said "save $40". When the order was completed, there was a message in red that said the order could not be processed because it wasn't available. I tried to call the Customer Service number from the Flower Delivery Express website which was automated. I left all the requested information and told them to cancel the order. I never heard from them.

A charge was posted to my bank account through paypal for $70.38 for flowers which were supposed to be $40.00. The flowers themselves were pitiful and embarrassing and the smallest arrangement in the funeral home. Some of the blossoms were wilted. For $70.00!. When I went back to the website a few minutes after placing the order, the new offer was save $30.

in a rebate. Then again a few minutes later, it read save $20. What the.....This company is definitely a scam and I will do everything I can to spread the word to my friends. I hope they are put out of business and their website disabled before they can scam anyone else.
