On January 19, 2012 I filed a criminal complaint with the Los Angeles Police Department Pacific Division against this individual for 422 PC (Threats), Stalking and Harassment. This Sociopath has had an obsession with Me since I dis-continued any Facebook Communication with him as a result of his continous "coming on to me". It escalated when he swindled a woman by the name of Alma Kowalski out of $20,000.00 to purchase the vehicle he is still driving and refused to place her as lien holder on the vehicle. When she passed away last February he felt he was forever free of repaying his debt to her - needless to say, while attempting to sell the car he learned that a LIEN was placed on the vehicle through the State of California's Secretay of State's Office; in addition, Alma's Family and Estate holds a valid judgment against him.While Mario claims to be a resident of California, he has everything registered, including his Drivers License to an address in CT to avoid service of any legal documents, etc., and to avoid paying any income taxes to the State and Federal Government. I would hope that before anyone would entrust any animal to his care, or any personal property of value - that they would VERIFY his Drivers License and City Business tax registration!
That being said, this Sociopath has spent the last 3 years obsessing about Me on Facebook, continously posting lies about myself, and anyone else who has stood up to his harassment and threats! I posted some of his posts and rants in an album on my Facebook page and made it public to all. These are NOT my rants about Mario as he would like his world of koolaid drinkers to believe, these are all his own posts that were screen shotted by others and provided to both the Los Angeles Police Department and DA's office.

After Mario posted photos of his transports with GUNS in dogs faces, people stopped using his services. These were posts put on Facebook by Mario himself, not by any other person he wishes to blame for his lack of business. No LEGITIMATE business person has to beg, or ask other people to write recommendations for them as he has been doing. The truth of the matter is, there are many wonderful VOLUNTEERS who truly care about saving the lives of our Shelter Animals, and who are willing to VOLUNTEER their time and services without reimbursement to insure they arrive to their new homes safely. Puppies on the Move is one of those strictly volunteer transport services, which was started by another individual Mario spent a considerable amount of time trashing on Facebook when he wasn't paid fast enough by her as her Mother was in the hospital dying.
I did speak out about Mario and the death of a 9 year old German Shepherd Dog named "Missy". Mario asked a rescuer to pull Missy from Baldwin Park Shelter for him in order to obtain a $1,200.00 transport fee to Eureka, CA. Sadly, when Mario showed up to Baldwin Park Shelter to pick up Missy, he signed a MEDICAL WAIVER for her, she could barely stand up and was wheezing badly from Pheumonia in both lungs. A medical waiver states "the animal is to receive immediate medical treatment by a Vet, rather than taking Missy to a Vet, Mario placed her in his car and drove Missy 1,500 miles up North where she DIED 3 hours after arriving. In addition, there was a poodle from Carson Shelter with a broken pelvis and broken leg - he placed that poor dog in a crate in the cargo area of an airplane for a 5 hour flight to New Jersey to people he had only spoken too on facebook. Only a heartless person looking to make money would have done this to these dogs, and these are only two of the dogs I am mentioning here.
Mario also claims "I got his FBI File" (#409160NA9) illegally, when the truth of the matter is I have the cover page it came with in "his own handwriting" when it was sent to Alma Kowalski as his excuse "for not being able to register the car and place her as lien holder". This individual is a pathological LIAR. He will go on trashing rants on Facebook to seek attention; anyone who is Facebook Friends with me knows they have seen nothing posted about him by Me since the day I filed the police report against him with LAPD because it is a CRIMINAL MATTER being handled by their Detectives and the DA.
People ask me constantly "Why i don't sue him for slander and libel" - what would be the point when he is not even employed, and obviously can't get or keep a job and lives off of other people? No, I will let the Police and the Justice System handle it.
