Because my wife has plantar fasciitis, nerve damage, and difficult (in-between) sizing, she has problems finding shoes without walking around the house after leaving the shoe store. Foot solutions agreed to allow her to 'buy' and take home 2 pair of shoes. When the shoes did not work out, as they were not a fit with her orthotic, she attempted the previously agreed upon return. She was refused, without a $20 fee, not previously mentioned. The Foot Solutions 'salesman' noted the print on the receipt which states the fee. Legally, we have no case. Morally, outrageous, subtle and hidden fee for a return done at several other area shoe stores, without fee. Please make it a point not to trust Foot Solutions for any shoe needs. This behavior screamed of a systemic attitude of contempt in other ways toward paying customers.
