I purchased a new basketball shoes from Foot Locker Topanga Mall, Woodland Hills, California on June 24, 2015. I tried the shoes at home and didn’t like them at all. I went to return then the very next morning on June 25, 2015 and I received a full refund of $190.75. A reasonable person would think that the full amount would be in your bank account on that day or the very next business day. It is June 30, 2015 and I have not seen any money back in my bank account. I tried calling the store, they have asked me to be patient and they claimed that it depends on the bank. They also had stated that they cannot do anything further for me. I called the corporate office to ask about my money and they stated that it could take up to 7 business days. When I asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 25 minutes then hang up on me.

I have never returned an item that I have purchased via credit card and had to wait that long to get my money back. I mean where is this money at? And what is it doing out there for that long? Please be aware that if you return an item to Foot Locker it could take you that long or more to get your money back. I hope this post shares awareness so that you know what to expect when doing business with Foot Locker.
