I started an order thru a Facebook advertising while reading the ad I couldn't find prices so I didn't finish my order. I then got a call from a representative explaining the order would only $4.95 for shipping I was assured that nothing else would be charged. This was May 4,2015 again was told 60day trail well to my surprise on May 16 my card was charged another $174.85 I quickly called the company and was told to send the items back I retained an authorization # to send it all back. I sent it back on 5/22/15 . I called on 6/2/15 I was told they would send a refund to my card . As of today I have received nothing. I was told on 6/17/15 that they tried putting in a refund and they got an error they recommended that I call my bank n put in a dispute claim in. I did call my bank and was informed that if I do this my card would no longer work which I can't do since I have many automatic withdrawal that come out of that card. So I again called the company and was told that my call was going to be escalated to upper management n I would receive a call on 6/17 or by 24hrs. No call came but I did get an email advising 45days for refund. Still as of today 7/8/15 I gotten nothing also spoke to them this am. Was told they are sending me an email that I should take to my bank and see if they can help me. There story changes with every call. Please help me get my $174.85

"Foresight Media" scammed me on the Internet into thinking I was receiving a free trial offer for a face cream. I immediately returned it when it came to me since it was clearly 2 large jars and that I woud be billed close to $100 for two of the item. I CALLED AND OBTAINED A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION code on 4/17/15 and the next day I mailed the items back using the RGA number and the label that came as the shipping document.

The credit card company smartly denied the payment when a charge was placed on my card. Every since, on a daily basis I get a rude, impatient call to pay the amount regardless that i had returned it. They speak from a script: "Well, it's not here." They assume they are perfect and they believe there is absolutely no possibility they lost it or the PO never delivered it.

Do not order from this scamming operation! WARNING!

This company is a total Scam & Fraud. The product is garbage and when you try to reach them to cancel & return, cant get through to customer service. Emailed cancelation and got receipt only to be charged a month later and sent more products. Customer Service will not let you speak to a manager or anyone in charge, tells you to send the merchandise back and wait for refund. I shipped via Fedex and have conf of delivery, they claim that they dont show receiving anything. DO NOT ORDER OR ENGAGE!!!

Wrinkless had a trial offer for skin care. Just pay shipping, which I did. They sent additional jars to me after trial was over and charged my card for $99.90. I called them and said I was sending back, which I did and paid $60.00 for shipping to get it back in two days. They sent a email saying they received it back. This all started in December and I called them again and asked when my card would be credited they said we are beind because of the holidays and I would receive it in a few days. It is now March and I have not got my money back. I filled a dispute with the credit card company and they notified Foresight media(wrinkless cream) and they told the credit card company it was a legitimate charge. So I am out the money and the product. How is this legal?

Last December, I contacted by phone the Foresight/Wrinkless Cream company that was offering a promotional product on Internet and requested a cream sample giving them my credit card number to pay for indicated costs. I also advised a customer service person that if I like their product, I will contact them again which never happened.

Today (March 11th), to my great surprise, I received two more packages (containing two diminutive creams each) accompanied by invoices to a tune of $239.80 plus over 50 dollars for custom dues and taxes, since I live in Canada. The bill also specified charges for some brochures which were not even included.

I immediately contacted their customer service department staffed by an unusually rude man who mumbled his name but was not inclined to give me an authorization number for a return of products which I have not ordered or wanted in the first place. The system, he said, has not allowed him to do so, despite clearly written note on a bill indicating to do exactly that in the event of return or exchange.

At that point, my only recourse was to contact my Visa bank and change my card number. At the same time, I found out that the company in question, has been 'well' known for such fraudulent practices even in Canada as well as 'comfortably' established on the infamous Rip Off site.

I do not have much hope that businesses with no integrity would always fail but it would be shameful to close my eyes on such a barefaced deceit.

I ordered this face cream as a sample and I just had to pay for shipping.....nowhere did I see that my credit care would be charged after the promotion was over. I have called the 1 800 564 1623 and was kept on hold waiting for a customer service agent to take my call. The call was finally dropped. I am not happy with this type of Bate and Switch game.

I refuse to pay for this product as it is a sample. I will instruct my bank not to pay any other fees. This is B.S.

Opened shipment found ingredients not as advertised called company that I was returning all products unopened than depleted my debit account. Paul Michael TAYLORSVILLE Ut

The promotional advertisement was totally misleading, indicating that ALL I would be charged for would be the shipping cost.

When I received my so-called trial, the invoice stated that at the end of the trial I would be charged the full retail price of the item - Wrinkless Cream - and that each month I would be sent another shipment which would then be automatically be billed to my credit card.

I looked on this advertisement specifially to see if I was actually signing up for this kind of deal, and did not see anything that indicated that I was. I would never have tried this if I had seen this information on their "promotional" advertisement. The advertisement led me to believe that this was a one time only deal, and that nothing else would be sent to me without my express order.

Totally misleading information was provided.

This is a scam

I just reviewed a number of websites which all indicate a pattern of deception by this company. Although I have returned the items according to the directions, I am still waiting for the charges for the second set of products to be refunded. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding their practices.

I "bought a sample" for 2.00 plus 4.95 shipping and handling...it arrives and states on the invoice that after "The promotional period" I have to pay reatail price...Promotional period? for something I already paid for,,,I have to pay MORE? Plus I keep getting it again ever 60 days, unless I jump through hoops such as get a RA# AND pay a 10$ restocking fee!?! This is crap. I did not agree to any ot this.

This wrinkle cream was supposed to be a free trial. There is nothing free about it. It stated 30 day money back gaU ranteE. They charged my account 139.90 after a week. When I called to return the item, the representative said it would be 30 days until I recieved a refund. First I did not know the full price, and she couldn't answer me as to why my money would not be refunded to me for 30 days. I called a second time, because they charged my account another 139.90 again. I never saw on the ad how much the total price was. I returned all products. They also had that money set up to automatically come out of my account. This is a scam! The cream smells awful and does not work. I have bounced my account twice because of them. The First Lady never told me my account would be charged a second time. This is fraud.

I ordered a sample of beauty products to try for 9.00.

was sent full size product and charged 250.00 instead.

foresight media will not send a refund, after we returned product per instructions.

my husband and I have called multiple times. the bank has called. Foresight always has some problem as to why they cannot refund money.....computer down, bank needs to repay us and file an insurance claim, bank needs to call. etc.

Invoice date 11/26/14, still no refund.

I saw an advertisment for a sample of facial cream from a company going by the name of Frresight Media/Ayur. It stated that for the cost of shipping only they would send you a trial size of a product called Ayur skin cream. At the exact moment I went to place my order the phone rang and my mother passed.

I had to leave town. It is January 27th and I sat down to open all the mail that I had received while away. I opened the box and found 2 full sized bottles of gold water skin cream. I did not order 2 full bottles. I went to my bank account and found that they had taken $139.90 out of my checking account.

I called them and spoke to a guy named Ramy. I explained my situation and also told him there was no unit price on the invoice they sent and on the internet sales advertisement noting is mentioned that you are automaticly enrolled . You will be billed 15 days from the time you made your order. I placed this order on December 2, 2014. The invoice was not prepared until December 19, 2014. I am unaware when the package arrived as I had my mail held. With Christmas and all I am sure it was delayed.

According to the invoice you have only 30 days to return it. They also state on the invoice that you will receive another shipment in 60 days. I only received one shipment from them. The time to return the product was expired by 4 days. I called and had to wait 25 minuets as they were experiecing a high volume of calls. It is no wonder why. The man who answered my call Ramy was the rudest human being I have ever spoken to. He failed to hear a single thing I said.

I requested a supervisor. None available and someone was to call me back. I sent e-mails explaining my situation also. This product is no differnt than something you can purchase at the drug store. This advertisement is so misleading. I never approved for them to take money out of my account nor join their club. There is no prices or stament made by them of this practice.

I have yet to hear back from them. All I have to say to anyone thinking they can get a sample for the price of shipping your getting yourself into what is called fraud. How can they get away with this. I am sure there are thousands of others who are attempting to get a refund.

This is from what I see the 2nd complaint. What was said in the 1st, also applies to me. They are ripping people off by there misleading and shady practices. I will come back if this problem is solved.

This company misrepresented their shipping policies online. They sent a "free trial" of products for which I had to pay shipping and then "automatically" enrolled me in a "membership program" which I did not want. They stated that I had 30 days to return the products if I was unsatisfied, but then shipped out another unauthorized order well before my 30 day trial period and charged my account for the merchandise in the amount $139.90. X2 I called their so-called "customer service" number, got repeated busy signals

  • Jan 22, 2015

I ordered the Ayur beauty cream witht he understanding that it was a "FREE TRIAL" then upon recieving the product I found out I got a bill that said nothing was due.

But in the fine print at the bottom it has made me a club member and will bill me... it does not state an amount. Only that if I return the product I will be charged $10.00 restocking fee.

I call the membership line and find out that in 60 days I will be charged $139.99 for the "FREE TRAIL" but that if I return it I won't be charged but I will have to pay the $10.00 even if I haven't opened any of the bottles.

Plus I have to pay the return shipping charges.

DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!

At no time what so ever did they state that there would be any other charges not even on the invoice that they sent me.

  • Jan 3, 2015

They sign you up for a free trial that is 16 days but do not ship the product for 16 days and then bill you the full amount. They then have you pay for the return and charge you a restocking fee as well. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my refund and still do not have it. This is the biggest scam and deceptive trade practices. I did not try the product but given the integrity of the company it is a scam as well. I was dupped and feel really stupid for doing busniss with this company.
