These people are dishonest and cheaters, I spent 400. they have sold me packages already opened and the shop in Lincoln road it's run by a troglodyte peasant liar dishonest. I had called the police who immediately understood what kind of persons they are. In the meantime all tourists and other shopkeepers who saw the police argue with the ignorant, now they know what kind of persons you are. I'll write a thousand reviews to punish your unacceptable behavior.

My Mom and I were walking along our outdoor shopping mall when we were literally assualted by a young foreign woman who was trying to lure us into her store to try a non-surgical eye lift. We both said we were not interested and were going to eat dinner, but she insisted by grabbing our arms forcing us in and insisting that it would only take 2 minutes. She began to slap some serum (Vine Vera Instentic Non-Surgical Syringe) around our eyes and marveled at how miraculous the change was! My 82 year old Mom said her interest was more in her lower face, so she told us that one of the owners was in the store TODAY ONLY and could give us a free $359 facial if we purchased the eye lift serums. The price started off at $700 each!! We totally rejected this, so the price came down half - to $350 each. We still were not interested, so then the real con work started. All of a sudden, she offered the "friends and family discount" and said that since she had no family in town, she would sacrifice her voucher for $50. So, now our total price was $400 for 2 syringes - $350 for the first and only $50 for the second one. "But please...don't tell anyone I gave you my discount!" We said we would discuss this over dinner and see how we liked the results.

Well, the serum definitely pulled and lifted (though the effects were gone before we returned home), so we thought we would take the plunge. Upon our return, the salesgirl immediately asked which cards we wanted to charge the purchases on. My Mom said she would rather wait until the lower face demo was done, just in case she wanted to add that product. This salesgirl was very insistent that it was store policy to purchase these first before receiving the "free facial." Perplexed as can be, we pulled out our cards. I noticed when we signed the cards that we were overcharged by $33, so I had her void those transactions and re-charge them. I saw NO proof of the credit, so I will be investigating this next.

Then, the real nightmare began. The "owner" of the company, who was allegedly making her celebrity appearance, began to demonstrate on us both their exclusive Black Diamond Collection. The diamond dust and other "proprietary" ingredients made it "very, very expensive." When I asked how expensive, she said the kit was $7,500.00! That's right, I said $7,500!!! We told her that was out of the question for us, so then all the "free offers" began...

"I tell you what, if you buy this today, I will give your daughter one for free."

to...

"How many sisters do you have? 3? I tell you what, I will throw in a $2,500 kit for each of your sisters, but you must promise not to tell anyone I did this."

to...

"I tell you what, I will not only throw in 3 extra kits, but I will also give each of them the $700 eye lift your mom and you just purchased."

to...

"I will even refund the 2 eye lifts you just purchased and apply this against the $7,500. (Now I know why she was so insistent that we had to purchase them FIRST...)

to...

"I will also give you another one of the $7,500 kits for a total of 3 for you and your mom and the three $2,500 kits for your sisters, plus the 5 eye lift creams FREE!"

"I will even give you 2 of my best cleansers so you can get the maximum benefits from these products."

So...for a mere $7,500, "the owner of the company" was willing to throw in another $26,000 worth of products. REALLY???

That's when Mom and I knew we needed to make a quick escape. Not so easy...she was getting extremely pushy and salesy and downright rude. She said if we came back tomorrow, the price went back to $7,500 for each of 2 kits with no extra bonuses, as she was the "owner" and the only one who could authorize all the extra bonuses. She said that the only reason she was doing this was because she knew everyone would stop us to ask us what we were doing to look so amazing and asked that we would tell them about this store - without giving away the once in a lifetime price she gave us, of course!

LIES, LIES and MORE LIES...After reading so many negative reviews, we already know that there is no refund, as promised. Mom and I were ripped off $400 tonight and thank God we did not fall for the other scam of $7,500.

RUN, DON'T WALK when these gypsies assault you during your shopping excursion! The girls we encountered were all attractive young girls who said they were from Israel. Who really knows their origins. Oh, and by the way, the "owner" told me that they were going to be in Neiman Marcus in 4 months with a much higher price point. If Neiman's carries their products, I will never shop their again if they are that stupid to buy into this con job.

I hope I can help others to avoid this major scam. It was such a HUGE waste of our lives tonight. I may dispute credit card charges if they refuse the refund when we go back. Most likely, they will. Hopefully, I will learn that if someone has to "throw so many things in" for the same price, they are deceitful and cunning con artists. Please be careful...

I bought the whole system thinking I could show people and sell the creams my self. I wrote the owners of both the store in las vegas, the one they have in the little mall between the Mandalay Bay and Luxor, and the other at las vegas shopping mall, infront of Wynn Hotel. they have several BEWARE, and also wrote to the company who makes the creams asking for my money back, which in total I spent 700 dls. They never responded to my mails, they don´t care about customers once they have tricked you into buying their junk.

They trick you first of all, the creams I took home never worked not even 15% of when they put it on in the store. They are cheating and lying to customers. Porbably the cream they use at counters is more concentrated than the one they give you to take home. The super 60 MINUTE lift never occured.

AND LISTEN TO THIS.........once you put the cream you can´t put make'up over for many hours. So if you want to look great (if it really worked), and you put ther DFI cream which lasts they say up to 6 hours................but you cant out make up say for 4 hours, or yur face turns powder white where you put the cream......by the time you put the make up and went to the event the face lift effects is gone, and so will your 400 dls!!!!

Many of the people I used it on to show them the product got rashes, on had to go to the dermatologyst because she got the skin eaten away like a burn. So I just tried using it on people after 20 tries.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL, the ingredients they list may not be all true, or they are hiding something in the creams or using cheap stuff and then they ridiculously say it has diamond powder................which sound great and expensive, but what does diamond for the skin? It doesn´t have any nutrient power for skin, only for energy treatments and you don´t have to put on the skin. And also how much of diamond powder is in it to charge sooo much for the creams.

Another thing.............they start selling the cream for an incredible 400 dls, anded up selling some for 100 others for 200 because I bought the whole kit...Oh,how nice of them. But is the seller willing to lose so much money or is there really a cheating % mark up for them to do anything they want to with the prices.

Also saw the same brand of creams in miami lincoln road. The same thing, different circus.
