These guys are evil. Plain and simple!! They took a reservation from me. They didn't say it would be non cancelable. I paid and then found I was leaving a day late a few hours later and they refused to give me my money back and then thought I would pay again for the next night that I would actually be able to make it. It was 6 days away and they had lots of vacancy. They would not swap dates. I am a KOA VIP value card rewards member. This is the first time I have been ripped off by a KOA. Very dissapointed. Stayed at Yogi Bear in Estes Park instead, and then in Larkspur for the rest of my trip. Very dissapointed. I spoke with the German, Nazi - like owner and found out why they are the way they are.
