I purchased a NEW PZT security camera from FOSCAM's Ebay store to replace an older camera I had from them that had alot of issues. I figured it would be best to purchase directly from the manufacturer. BOY was I wrong! The camera was defective right out of the box with terrible quality and lots of lines and garbage going through the picture.
I contacted Foscam for a replacement and they told me I'd have to ship it back to them. I cannot be without a security camera at this time (My husband works 3rd shift so I do not feel safe without the camera) and asked if they could send me the replacement FIRST and I would send the defective one back once I got the replacement. (I was even willing to give them a credit card if they wanted so they would know I wouldn't "keep" both cameras). They were not willing to do this and were frankly VERY RUDE in some of their replies.
When I told them that I would have no choice at this point but to leave negative feedback since they were unwilling to work with me they started making THREATS against my Ebay account! I knew at that point they were not going to help me and resorted to such unprofessionalism I was shocked.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Foscam.us or their Ebay store. Not only are their NEW cameras poor quality, but they will NOT work with you to replace the camera and will resort to being threatening idiots when it comes down to actually replacing the unit.
