He does not follow the county survey lines and will mark the other side of the line if it is for the benefit of the person that employed him. For example if he is working for someone in the timber industry and he sees a large cherry tree on the others property he will move the boundary markers so the tree in on his employers land. NONE of his survey markers are even close to what is listed in the county court house. So if you are a landowner be careful.
