Francine Nawroth is nothing but a f*l stain on this earth. She is an unprofessional landlord who falsely advertises and does not take care of her tenants or the premises. Besides not notifying tenants of when she plans to blow of your maintenence, she also will let herself in whenever she pleases. Francine must have not taken a shower since I have met her, and you can smell of she has been around. If you live where your work, you should be work presentable... or at least not smell like smoke, hair spray and gingivitis.
I have never seen Francine around at night, so I have deducted that she must be a gremlin that cannot be fed after midnight.
I’m not surprised to see this. She lived on my street growing up as a child in the 1960s and 70s. My memories of her are that she was scary to kids and families she didn’t like, had a condescending , arrogant disposition(even to children) , a generally mean vibe to her demeanor, talked bad about everyone who she didn’t like (which always got back to all involved ), and an all around not nice person. She had so many neighbors who disliked her it was pretty sad. Just a very negative nasty person. She must have been extremely unhappy and miserable to consistently behave like that. Sorry to hear decades later she’s still like that.
