I urgently needed someone to trim my palm trees since the flowers were beginning to drop into my pool and I was going to be out of town for a period of time. I contacted a friend who referred Francisco Landscapper, a husband and wife business, I latter got to know they work for ELS Landscapping Service in Phoenix. I contacted them and they agreed to come around on Friday 6/5/2015, the same day i was to travel, to trim all 9 palm trees in my yard, skin two of the palm trees and also trim my shrubs all for $350. I decided to add an additional $20 tip since I expected a great job. We agreed that I would leave the money with my friend who had referred them and after they had completed the job, they'll collect it from him since he leaved only a few miles away.
Till i left the house, both worked very hard trimming and skinning the palm trees. The next day i got a text from them indicating they have collected the money but were unable to get to trim the taller palm trees since their ladder wasn't long enough. I returned home on Monday to find out that no additional job was done after i left. I tried contacting them and at first they responded to my text messages, although they would not pick my calls, after a series of correspondence both ways the line went blank and they refused to respond to my text and all calls went straight to voice mail. They had initially offered to come out during the following weekend to complete the job, so i waited till weekend but no one showed up. I requested that they either come complete the job or send a refund but no one responded.
I am gratelly dissapointed and would advice others to stay away from this dishonest folks..
