I am no longer interested in your services due to the judgment I received from both your services and the attorney you had to represent me.
Franklin Services represented me (writing correspondences) for pay day loans and actually signed my signature when sending mail to the pay day lender.
I now have a copy of one letter that you faxed to one lender! However, whatever argument you sent to the pay day lender was not forwarded to the Attorney that represented me, therefore leaving him with nothing to debate about. Some of these lenders were in default of your timely four to five months of services that Franklin Service rendered by not responding in a timely manner.
In addition, I only had two negative items on my credit reports, which was bankruptcy that was scheduled to fall off my reports in 8 months. The sales person ([email protected]) told a fabrication about your services and how you handle the lenders if they made a report to the credit bureaus. The last time I counted, you have 19
complaints and growing that is registered against Franklin Services LLC.
Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of all my funds paid to you. Furthermore, your company will cease and desist from taking money out of my account
