A few months after the installation the 12 footers turned black, the 24 footers still look like new. When I called Freeway Metals to inquire why the 12 footers turned black I first talked to Danielle who said that they came probably from a different supplier. Then I talked to Ramon who was very hostile on the phone and explained that these roof panels are not supposed to be exposed to the rain.So, if you are planning to buy roofing materials, get a big umbrella and make sure that your roof does not get wet.
I paid the full price for the 12 footers and never received any refund despite the obvious manufacturer's defect.
