I ordered a pair of silicone gloves from the silicone mask company frightful acts for 250 by money order (less than the normal about of around 500 for a custom project because we had agreed that they could make and give me the product at a discount if i had supplied the materials and the sculpture for casting. They took an odd amount of time to make the product, in the email i have that says they started work on it i believe also has the date attached and the first time they said they were sending it out was the week before halloween of 2014.
It never arrived so i recieved another email in between then and christmas saying they noticed paint was rubbing off and they said they fixed it and were sending it out. It never arrived then shortly before christmas they apologized and said they were sent out and to this day they haven't arrived. Please help as i am out of close to 400 with the cost of the cfx hand armature, ecoflex silicone trial size, silc pig color sampler, and monster clay as well as the 250 for the job. Thank you.
