Chris Hobson from Froggy Studios Photography was our wedding photographer at our wedding last September (10 months ago). We paid in full his fee before the wedding date and we still HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR WEDDING PHOTOS. He will not respond to letters, phone calls, or Fair Trade QLD. Fair Trade QLD have stopped pursuing the case because it wasn't big enough case to invest time into.
He used a few of our wedding photos to advertise his business yet we still don't have our wedding photos.
This was a once in a life time occasion on which we have minimal memories to look back on as Chris Hobson has refused to provide a product and service which we paid for.
We don't want this to happen to ANYONE else!! Use Chris Hobson and Froggy Studios Photography at your own risk!
