They take advantage of you. and work you till you want to quit and than not pay you unemployment. The ACLU and civil rights groups are already taking them to court on violating civil rights by some of there employees.
They wil upheld any overtime you earn and write you up for simple clocking in your time clock one minute late. Beware upon taking a position with this company ftsius.com they promise a good career but you be looking for a new job right before your probabtion ends. Because they will never hire you fulltime anyways... Thats there nature. They will just hire new fresh meat after they fire you. BEWARE of ftsius.com!!!!
This place is terrible. Susan, Mike and Joan are selective in who they support and who they don't. Lot's of politics in play at this place. I was bullied by an employee and found no support from HR and was forced to quit and then my unemployment was denied! This place should be investigated by the California Department of Labor. If you work here and don't kiss enough ass beware, you will be fired or forced out.
