Seeing what you think is a good deal on Living Social/Groupon/Yelp for this company - don't do it. They automatically bill you for more of their tasteless and crappy food and won't let you cancel. The website barely functions and they don't pick up the phone or answer emails. I'm disputing their charges with my credit card company, because I specifically cancelled their crappy food and did not want anything beyond the LivingSocial package but they billed me over 100 dollars anyway.

If you want a clue what kind of company you are dealing with - YouTube/Google CNBC's show The Profit - watch what kind of meat headed idiot runs the company and how Marcus winds up pulling his investment because it is such a poorly run company.

If anyone from the company is reading this - all I want is to cancel and be refunded the money you shouldn't have billed me for any way. Feel free to to have someone contact me, otherwise I believe people should know what a scam you are.

My daughter and I are big on using meal planning services. And up to now have had good luck. My daughter ordered from this company on 4/29 and received the first set of meals as scheduled. The meals were good but portions were small for the price, so she decided not to order from them again. I was unaware of any re-curring charges. After weekly deductions of $104.50 out of my bank account and no furhter food shipments, I did contact their company. It took a week and a threatening email for someone to finally respond. They refused to refund my money even though they knew there were no further shipments made.

Not only did they refuse a $522 refund of knowingly unshipped food that I was charged for, my card was then billed ANOTHER payment! Over $731.00 in charges of unshipped food was billed to my bank account in total. The only response I get is they will "credit" my account. We are not talking about a few bucks or a couple of meals!!! They continued billing my card weekly and said it was our fault for not ordering. No customer service with this company at all.

BEWARE of the billing services of this company.... everyone wants something for nothing and to tell a customer they are wrong to take off with their money. They definitely know how to bill a credit card, thats for certain and I'm out $731 and have to go through the mess of cancelling my card. They had an opportunity to make this right, before resulting to this post. I am a single mother trying to find a simple, healthy alternative to making sure food is good for my 16yr old daughter, and do not have a money tree in my backyard. This is a huge set back for me. I don't believe in these posts, but, as stated... we aren't talking about a few bucks or even one payment.... its multibple payments totallig $731 a company needs to be held accountable!

Scam company !

Just check out the below Yelp review. Hundred of people complaining the same thing about fuelfood.com

http://www.yelp.com/biz/fuelfood-com-west-palm-beach

The owner, Erik, was on a TV show. As you watch, you will know how untrustworthy this guy is.

http://www.hulu.com/watch/806823

His business is in trouble as stated in,

http://debanked.com/2015/06/fuelfood-a-high-risk-deal-for-the-ages/

Erik and his staffs who follow his unethical business model should never be allowed in the business world. Erik does whatever he can to make the money, but what Erik doesn't know is that he will be expelled forever in the business world with his face being known to the entire world. Good luck to you, Erik. After fuelfood goes out of business, you will never be able to raise any fund from any investors.
