I ordered a diet product from this company. I did not enroll in a "free trial". I have not received any other products from this company, yet they continue to take money from my account. More money than the product advertised I would be paying.
When I tried to call them, the number is not in service. When I got on-line for their customer service, it's just a page with their logo on it and nothing more. After three withdrawls of $79.95 plus shipping and handling, that's over $249! I would never spend that much on one dietary supplement bottle and only 60 capsules! Product doesn't even work.
Ordered trial, claimed would just have to pay shipping costs...recieved full bottles, next day full charge was debited, and then, a week later i find i'm debited another charge, and haven't even truly tried to experience the "product". So, in attempts to call for resolution, i've been hung up on,, website has proven to be a scam.... im out 160.00$,, and now i have to cancel my card, and severly disrupt my life by this..
I received the wrong order of pills from this company and I returned the order per the customer service reps instructions. I called and emailed several times and each time I received the same answer "your money will be refunded in 7 to 10 days". The refund never came. Then, afte several more emails, the customer rep said "the refund was processed and should be in your account", it wasn't. She said to check with my bank and see if they were "holding" it. No, they weren't. No "holding", no "refund", just a big scam and a big rip off. They fleeced $148 from me. Don't order from them! Don't trust this company!!!!
