First provided me with some very poor designs that I could of done myself with free software. Most of the work bears no relation to the design brief provided. Sam simply asks what you woukd like done differently instead of actually designing a logo. Awful service, asked for a refund several times and was simply told that he wouldn't.
I am really happy with the service from Sam & GB Logo Design. They followed our brief down to a T and came up with some really creative designs and options. They were very easy to deal with and always answered the phone regardless of the million questions I had. After commissioning the initial design, we ordered some business cards from them which came in incredible quality. Overall I’m really happy and highly recommend this company.
Dont even consider paying them. They will never deliver the things you want. There website is misleading and they have no idea of logo design. 0% creativity
Ordered a log design online. Apart from the initial payment confirmation didn't receive anything for a week so I emailed to ask if things were progressing. Reveived nothing so emaioled to cancel, still nothing for 2 weeks.
Opened a dispute with PayPal and then suddenly received several 'concepts'. These could have been drawn by my 5 year old and looked worse tha some of these online automated logo design tools and not even close to the brief I sent, which was very specific.
Rubbish, they don't respond to emails, they certainly aren't responsible for the logos that show on their website which is deception in itself and they certainly can't design logs. Most importantly they clearly have absolutely NO desire to ensure you get what you want.
BTW, the PAyPal dispute went nowhere, they only look into claims over 'physical' goods delivered by a tracked service. Don't even think about it
