I received a phone call from this company where they told me they had a free 14 day trial of the GC 180xt. They explained everything about the product, the value of it and said that i only had to pay $1.95 for shipping and handling. They requested my credit card number which i provided to them. Next thing i know, they took $89 out of my account without my premission. I never received the free trial nor did i receive a the bottle they charged my $89 for. The post office was unable to help and suggested that i file a compalint with this company.

it was a 14 day trial and if yyou cnaceled in 14 days, you owed nothing more. (for each product) if you did not you would be entered in the autoship program and be charged $89.95 a bottle.
I called about 7 days into the trial. Told them i want to cancel. they are foreign and very hard to undertand but told me to keep it the month and try it. I told them no i wanted to cancel as per the terms and conditions.
They told me that i can not cancel until i sent them back all the bottles and i explained to them that that information is NOT in their terms and conditions and to send me postage. They said no and if i didnt want to be charged to return the bottles.
Meanwhile they send me an email saying they are billing me for $89.95.
Then i get another email saying a different product is shipping out and ill be billed $89.95 for it.
I did send the bottles back against what is said in the terms and conditions and i refused the package that came in the mail.
They have yet to refund me for the package that i refused, nor have they refunded me the $89.95 that they billed AFTER i canceled my account!
They did not want to tell me who runs the "Niwali corporation" or give me any addreess other than the fulfillment address in florida.
They are billing out of the UK. the guy i spoke to today did say he was from Nepal.
