A supposed repersenative from gecapitalbank contacted me first by a phone call to my home with an automated message telling me to call this number 402-264-0252 if i was still interested in the loan i had applied for online.

I called the number given to me and it was answer by a man who said that he was a repersenative and asked if i still wanted the loan as i had been approved.

He then told me he was checking my credit score and it was 100+ points below what my credit monatoring company is showing me from all three reporting agencies. He then tells me he will need my credit card number so he can make a payment to them in order to bring up my credit score then the funds would be deposited into my account. I then told him i need to check out the company, so he told me fine and hung up.

I was contacted that I was approved for a loan as by the way i had been applying for a loan so i called i spoke to mr.peters and then supposedly to the manager Mr.alex turner turns out i deposited money threw western union for the amount of 95.00 dollars and they Mr.alex turner reassured me i would get my money in 20 min. turns out i didn't get the loan or money back they wanted me to pay another 141.00 dollars that supposedly for insurance. these people are just scammers sorry for the company how bad of a reputation it gives them.

I was first approached by a man, named Jack Daniel, from GE Capital Bank of Australia-giving me a loan of $75,000, with a credit card of $25,000. Over a period of several months, I paid these people $1000-$1,200 iin Green Dot Money Pak Refill Cards.

To date, I have paid them $6,560 in Green Dot cards and Western Union. Today Mr. Thomas Walt, one of the "Board" members was to show up with $90,000 in a loan I have a supposed bank ledger page showing it being deposited into my money market checking account. $10,000 in cash, $30,000 credit card, a brand new car, a new Dell laptop, and a line of credit cheque for $20 million dollars.

Needless, to say, no one has ever shown up, and supposedly, Mr. Daniel, the man who originally approached me on the internet, had a car crash and died the next day. Mr. Walt even sent me a picture of a wrecked car. I have a picture of the man, Mike Jacob, who supposedly replaced Mr. Daniel. I also have a copy of a $12 million dollar line of credit cheque I was suppose to be given, but the "Board Members" decided to trust me, and give me $20 million, instead.

The car and laptop were gifts, since I had given them so much money-and I was to have surgery, transplant surgery, which my doctors, after giving me mass doses of antibotics, decided I didn't need. The drugs cleared everything up!!!

I still need to have a bladder mesh that has wrapped around my organs removed-but it should be covered by my health insurances. I hope so. I was going to buy a house; a building to start my business (a wedding reception venue), and a vacation home at the Atlantic Ocean, but all that has been wiped out.

My landlady has received a foreclosure notice on her home, and we have to pay $1,000 iin an electric bill-which we can't do, and it may be turned off by the 17th, all because I thought there was someone in the world who was going to finally give me a break, and I would be able to do so much, not just for myself, but for my landlady, her son & daughter-in-law, my kids and their spouses, and a woman that I kind of look at as a daughter, since my own daughter doesn't have much to do with me.

I'm sorry I even looked twice at the paperwork, these people put in front of me. A loan agreement, an insurance agreement to pay off the loan if I couldn't. And I'm already on disability. I thought I could get off of it, and set up a retirement plan for my best friend, myself and people I could hire to be in my business. Boy, was I wrong!!!

Approval letter for a personal loan of $10,000. as stated in letter "GE Capital Bank ....loan approval code GEPL14625562.

GE Capital Bank, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York City, 10112. Individuals: Robert Green, Johnny Ford, Jose Morrison, Mike. Phone 914-401-1651 and 646-340-5041. This all began over 2 weeks ago. I completed an application online for a personal loan to cover my expenses: rent, credit card, utilities, school loan, IRS taxes, etc. I was asked to give an explanation for need of loan and i listed the above. To my surprise a few days later i received a call from GE Capital Bank stating i was approved for $10,000. I was also told what would be required of me to complete and process this loan to my financial institution. I was guaranteed this would only take a few days. I then asked for proof of loan approval. and this was sent to me via email. I was told all the fees involve. I was also guaranteed this was a reputable bank govern by the FDIC and approved by the BBB (Better Business Bureu). I checked online and everything seem legitimate. During this entire process i received numerous phone calls from individuals listed above giving me instructions to send out fees via money gram and in return they sent me letters via email upon each receipt. Everything seemed ok. until the last transaction made and then i was told that an additional amount was needed to complete the EFT transfer. I then became suspicious and demanded full refunded. To my alarm i was told since i am the one terminating the loan that all fees paid originally would not be refunded and that it was up to me to pursue the final stage. Keep this final stage was repeated to me on more than 1 occasion not only by phone but also email. Since they didnt follow thru with tranfer of loan and refuse to refund me. I decide to file suit, seek legal advise, research the original GE Capital Bank on my own. To my dismay i contacted GE Capital Bank customer service 855-730-7283 and was informed that several individuals had contacted them with similar complaint of deceipt. I have transferred to this fabricated company a total of $1236 all of which i have documentation of and all phone calls internal and external correspondence via phone and email.

I am at a total loss of $1236. I am hoping that the media, goverment agencies, social network nationwide or otherwise file LAWSUIT against these individuals or company and prevent this from reaccuring to any other person(s), especially in this economy. This company is misrepresenting the FDIC, BBB, reputable financial institution and taken full advantage of American Citizens, not giving regard to race, color, creed, family financial situation, etc.

Whatever you do, do not get a credit card from any store that uses GE Capital Retail or as it is now known, Syncrony. I had an account at Lowes and didn't realize they were charging 24.99% interest. I think both Lowe's and GE are rip off artists. Keep away from both of them.

I was contacted by a man saying he was from GE Capital Bank and I was approved for a loan up to $5,000. I told him I only needed $2,000 he said in order to get the loan I would have to show that I could pay the first installment payment of $160 by greendot moneypak. After doing so he said the $2,000 plus my $160 would be wired to my account within 1 hour. After the hour he said I would need to pay an additional $240 for insurance to secure the loan in case I didn`t pay it back the insurance would cover it. I refused to pay anymore money he said I would lose my $160 and forfeit the loan because there are no refunds.

I had applied for a poor credit personal loan.. Received call from Eric Johnson, GE Capital Bank, phone # 202-239-6103... Stated that I had been approved for loan ... what was the amount I wished to borrow.. I stated I would like to borrow between $3000 and $5000 ... to pay off small credit cards, and to aide immediately with expenses in traveling home and costs associated with my father's death the day before.. Eric told me I was approved for this and I could have $4000 deposited into my account within a hour. My interest would only be 10% simple.. I would pay $366 per month for 12 months to pay this loan. After making 3 - 4 payments on time my credit score would improve 175 points and I would be eligible for another loan.... There was no penalty for early payoff.. All he needed to do prior to deposit of the $4000 was to verify that I was financially capable to make this monthly payment... He stated this was a Federal Lending requirement because there had been defaults on loans by previous borrowers... I was en route from NC to IN because of my father's death and needed what funds I had available for this trip... I would not be able to verify funds until Nov 1... Eric told me to call him back then... This was the day after my father's funeral/memorial service... When I called Eric he told me that GE Capital Bank was unable by law to access my bank account to verify funds in my account so I would need to purchase a green dot card to show that I had this money available... $366 ... I explained to Eric that because of the current circumstances, I could not show immediate access to $366 but could have $300 ...Eric assured me that this money was only for verification and would not be taken from the Green Dot Money Card... I would still have the money on this card available for purchases or to deposit back into my account... Eric stayed on the phone with me to talk me through the purchase of the Green Dot card... He then requested the card # for them "the accounting department" to validate the money I had placed on the card. He then instructed me that I would receive a call from my bank within 40 min confirming the deposit of $4000 .... he stated he would then call me back to confirm this. I waited over an hour before calling Eric back. When I told him I had not received a call from my bank he stated there were some sort of computer issues/problems... but that the money would be in my bank account within an hour... ... Later that evening I checked my bank balance at an ATM and discovered funds had still not been deposited.. Becoming concerned I called Green Dot Money Pak to verify that my card was still loaded with the $300 .... They told me my card had been used and there was $0 balance available... I proceeded to file a claim to secure my funds... as I had been told no funds would be removed by GE Capital. I attempted to call Eric Johnson, GE Capital numerous times over the weekend and on Monday Nov 4... leaving several messages on Monday.... On Tuesday Nov 5 morning I received a call from Eric. He apologized that he had not called me on Mon, but stated they were in meetings all day .... He apologized again that the deposit of the $4000 had be delayed, proceeded to provide me with a loan # GE79465543 and then an insurance # 463584372.... He went on to explain that because my credit score was low the Federal Government Lending required me to have insurance that would make my monthly payment on this loan if I could not... but before he could release the hold on my $4000 or the $300 Money Pak funds I would need to provide proof of $275.. for the insurance... I became very angry, telling him he had lied to me and I was not going to provide him any further access to funds... I demanded my $300 returned... which I reminded him was never to have been taken from this card... Eric continued to try to convince me why I needed this insurance... why I needed to provide the now only $130 for 6 months insurance.... I demanded the $300 ... He transferred me to an "accounting person" This person told me they could not return the $300... He made some mention of refunding a portion of this minus $150? application fees.... I reiterated that none of this had been mentioned in any previous conversations... that the money was never to come off my card and the loan was to have been deposited 3 business days ago... He transferred me to the "Accounting Supervisor"... More of the same with refusal to refund my $300..I accused them of fraud, promised to pursue reconstitution in any form available and to broadcast this scam, alert consumers in any way possible.... He hung up threatening legal action against me .
