Annually GE Crecit (Dillards) changes my account password unbeknown to me until I attempt to go on line and pay my bill. I have kept complete records of each time they change it.... Have been on the phone again today for over an hour speaking to DILLARDS transferring to broken ENglish folks at GE, back to Dillards, back to GE..... They send a password change email and don't like the answers to your questions, your grandmother and where you graduated from high school and then you can't change it STILL.
They do it so they can charge a late fee.... wrong....
DON'T SHOP DILLARDS TIL THEY REALIZE IT IS THE CUSTOMER STUPID, STUPID, NOT THE IDIOTS AT RIP OFF GE CREDIT. One of their agents told me to call GM as in General Motors.... DUH STUPID STUPID.
I was contacted by Adam who stated he was with GE Capital and could offer a $2000 personal loan to be wired to my account and my payment would be $94 a month.All I had to do was purchase a Greendot moneypak and load it with $150 and the loan would be deposited into my account after I gave them the # on the back of the moneypak card. I did this and he said he would call me back in 20 mins after the money had been sent. He called back and said that because my credit was so bad that I had to purchase another moneypak card with $138 for insurance to ensure payment would be made which I did finally and he said to give him 20 mins and I would have the loan. I never got the loan.
