DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They called me at noon the day my gift for my mother's birthday was to be delivered to tell me "sorry, we can't get it done and delivered now till Wed or Thur" (this was on Sat., so 4-5 days later) When I pressed about this being a big deal, they unsympatheticlly said they'd call her to say it was thier fault. Fine.
Then, on Tuesday (today,) they call me again to say, "sorry, we can't deliver any wine to that state." What??? I ordered it last week, you took the zip code stating it would be delivered, then you called me the delivery day to say you needed 4-5 more days, then 3 days later you call to say you can't deliver what I ordered...at all.
I think I was even more irate over her lack of giving a hoot in voice. So I demanded a full refund. But now my mom's birthday is over, and I still have no gift. I'm out of state, so I have to deliver something. I chose not to do flowers because I'd just sent flowers for Mother's Day a couple of weeks ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
