I ordered roster shirts and custom socks from this vendor. What I received was missing shirts, misspelled names due to vendor copying and pasting names and doubled the letters. On some shirts the names were manually placed in their system and names were placed in wrong. I received shirts that were slanted, and without front screen print. Once I brought this to the vendors attention, I was told he would not reprint the shirts, and that its not his issue.
Also ordered custom socks. I was told that I needed a minimum of 24 socks per color (pink/blue) to order. I exceeded this amount. Vendor initially informed me that it would take 5 to 7 business days to order the custom socks. He had other custom socks displayed in his shop, but I was told those (TDK) custom socks would take 3 weeks. So my group and I went with the socks that only took 5 to 7 days. After 10 days, I called to check on my order. I was then told the socks were coming from overseas and will take 3 weeks. After week 4, I begin to complain. At this time vendor told me socks took 4 to 6 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks, my socks finally arrived. My blue socks were custom, however; my pink socks were not. These socks were plain. I complained and vendor told me I never asked him for custom pink socks!!! Really???
My invoice stated custom pink and custom blue. And if I didnt order custom socks, why did it take so long to receive regular pink socks that I could have purchased cheaper from walmart??? He didn't give me the correct amount as well. I called to complain, and once again he told me there was nothing he could or would do. I asked him to fix the issue and he refused. I asked for a refund and he refused. I've oredered and paid in full over 2500$, yet have over 1000.00 worth of misspelled, incorrect, and missing items never received. This vendor is by far, the worst vendor I have ever worked with. To refuse to correct mistakes or refund the customer is ridiculous. I will never do business with him again. Sad thing is, I referred several others to him before I knew how he opperates. They had the exact same issue with him. He is horrible. Going strong sports is a pitiful excuse of a vendor. Please run if they ever approach your park, or team for business.
