I was called by Premier Event Solutions advising me they had a buyer for my timeshare in Mexico. initially it was Roger Silva, but after a few e-mails, and a contract, to sign, Julian Rios took over and advised me he was taking over for Roger Silva.
My spouse and I signed the contract, and a Kevin Harrison took over and advised us we needed to wire money to a person in Mexico that was taking care of the transaction with the Mexican government and they had to have the taxes paid before any further action. Well I was then advised by Julian Rios that the tax for the transaction had gone up on the first of the year and I would have to send more money. Kevin B, Harrison sent me the necessary paperwork and assured me the money was in escrow and his company was bonded with First American Title co in Washington. The next step was the transaction could not go through until the agent recieved more money in order to contact El Cid in Mazatlan to have them sign off on the transfer of ownership.
The final date was set and monies were to wired to my account, but Kevin B Harrison never came through. I called him numerous times, and left messages about the lack of integrity of his company, but never a return call. another Rip-off.
