Google Adwords. There is so much to say about their not so obvious deceptions perpitrated by their (unwitting)support team but very astute management team, experts in bate and switch.

The brief story: after several months I very well understand how the software / program works i.e., Campaigns, Ads, keyword bids work, inseration ads and more. This is Greek to most at the outset but after several months of learning I discovered I knew more than most of the support staff.

Essentially they string you along, as you adjust ads, keyword bids, phrase and broad match modifiers. You adjust and tweek and the charges of $200- 300 a month continue to come in. Wait be patient as your ranking will improve (we are 8 over 10 in performace), but no new business resulting from the Adwords hoodwinking program of Bate and Switch.

Now the proof: since we provide a service nationwide (in business 9 years) you ask them to supply an 800 type pnone number to appear in your ads but it does appear. You ask 6 customer support reps why. You get six different hesitant answers. You finally run across a rep that knows her stuff and she explains the facts and the inconsitent training on the use of 800 type number in the Ads is misrepresented. She promises I will recieve a call from the supervisor. I wait 3 weeks. Finally the call. He admits and I am correct in my understanding and further reiterates the confusion with the support team does really exist.

I ask for a modest credit $400 after having spent about $1,500 over several months. Answer: sorry, no credits allowed by policy. He says write to the Google legal department.

I would love to hear from a service based company that finds the Adwords program is a good investment or simply is even just good advertising without any incoming revenue.

Run for a class action suit!

I have had enough with google wallet support! Back in august 2014 there was a transaction made for the amount of 2,000 USD! yes that's TWO THOUSAND, which is a huge amount for someone working hard to earn this money. I did not authorize this payment or 2 other transactions for 100$ and 1$ to a "Zane Reyna". I then contacted google wallet support in september when my bank told me they cannot file a dispute since google wallet is a payment provider I need to dispute the transactions with them. So I did just that I disputed all 3 transactions that took place on the same day/same timeframe. Within 2 months I recieved an answer saying the 100$ transaction and 1$ transaction were unathorized and have been refunded to my card. I was happy and awaited news about my 2 thousand dollar transaction.

When news about that did not come I tried reaching out to the support team and spoke with a supervisor she advised me to fill out a form to dispute the payment which I already filled out before I did just that. After a few weeks of no answers I contacted google wallet again this time speaking with another supervisor who assured me my 2 thousand is still being investigated. I was baffled how they can say 2 transactions are unathorized but the third that took place at the same time was not just because it was a bigger amount. Mark a supervisor at google wallet told me 24-48 hours while the claims department processes it, more weeks go by and I call in and I get the same treatement different supervisor, I am fed up with this unprofessional support team. For a billion dollar company running a shady payment system and unprofessional support team that gives people loop arounds. I have been waiting since August. This has all the makings of A SCAM! I didn't even recieve a refund on the 100$ and 1$ even because my card was cancelled and when I told the support team they just said oh yes we will process the refund to the new card but they never did that. So I have been waiting 7 MONTHS and nothing has been done about the unathorized transaction or my refunds that were promised. This is my last alternative I don't know what else to do.

MY CHILDREN DISCOVERED "PORNO" on FACEBOOK. I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM FOR WEEKS. I EVEN WENT TO THEIR LOCATION AND TALKED TO A GOOGLE SECURITY GAURD ABOUT THE ISSUE AND HE LIKEE THE OTHER ATTEMPTS WERE A WASTE OF TIME.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REACH GOOGLE?

DO I TAKE MY FAILED CONTACTS TO THE LOCAL FBI ALONG WITH THE FACEBOOK SITE AND PORNO ?

REGARDLESS, THIS POST IS TO WARN OTHERS THAT THERE IS PORNO ON FACE BOOK WHICH CAN COME UP WHEN YOUR CHILDREN ENTER CERTAIN PERSONAL NAME CONTENT LOOKING FOR FRIENDS.

I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH MONEY A COMPANY OR PERSON HAS, EXPOSING SEXUAL CONTENT AND ABRASIVE SEXUAL IMAGES ON A PUBLIC SITE LIKE FACEBOKK, HAVING THEIR CHILDREN FIND IT, CAN'T GET IT REMOVED IS AS DISREPECTFUL FOR HUMAN AND MIONOR CHILDREN AS THE CASES COME.
