GoPro, Inc. Reviews

A disaster from day 1. Client Portal never worked properly. Call Logs - never worked, client portal - 1980's formatting. Difficult to work with, more complicated than necessary. That would have been (marginally) bearable.

Within the first 2 months, however, the only lead notices we received were from SOMEONE ELSE'S 800 NUMBER! Contacting leads, was told invariably that they were trying to get information on something else (not Real Estate). goPro Systems: Must be a unique glitch. None of their other clients have ever reported this kind of problem - we'll get right on it and let you know! Result: Never contacted about a resolution, solution, explanation, etc. When it happened again - same result.

I asked about the possibility of purging this account and recreating it - if this was a one off (unlikely) error, that might fix it as it didn't require trying to find an obscure setting (upposedly, we were still the only client to be having this difficulty). They couldn't (wouldn't) do that.

5 months - no leads (other than above) related to any advertising efforts. Testing the service myself, I received about 50% of those notices. Those included print ads, sign riders, email signatures, etc. None. And, when I kept trying to check call logs withing the client portal, it never reported any, even the test calls I made (and had date/time stamps to compare). And, again, I was told that no other clients were reporting this kind of issue.

I asked again about the possibility of purging this account and recreating it - if this was a one off (unlikely) error, that might fix it as it didn't require trying to find an obscure setting (upposedly, we were still the only client to be having this difficulty). They still wouldn't do this.

7 months - a repeat of the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 results. Absolutely nothing. Customer rep (Jonathon) gave me back door access to their admin log system since the client portal call logs were still not functioning. And, low and behold - all of my test calls were listed, AS WELL AS 15-20 MORE that I had NEVER been notified of!

Well, that is a day late and $1,000 short. No explanation from goPro except (you guessed it), this must be a rare glitch! None of their other clients are having this difficulty. They'd get right back to me! Result (after 3 or 4 follow up calls): No response, resolution, solution, or suggestion.

They did, however, suggest that they might be able to delete this account and start from scratch. Gee, wilikers, Batman! Why does that sould familiar? Well over half way into the contract, and after being stonewalled for the first half, I told them no - we had absolutely no confidence in the platform, and didn't want to renew. They could let the account run out.

Up to now, it's the usual bait-n-switch with (from my experience) what must be false testimonials, c*py software, and the inevitable loss of the funds and time invested. But, wait! It gets better!

Month 13 (immediately after expiration of the contract) - goPro auto-renews the contract! Slap, slap, and (frankly), I should have expected this kind of thing. So, I call my customer rep (Jonathon). Oh my! He'll look into it right away! Someone will get back to me. 8 calls later, and still no response back (or refund). They haven't cancelled the account, haven't cancelled the 800 number, and refuse to get back to me to get this all done.

In todays age of poor customer service being the norm, this, by far, takes the cake. While being 0 ona scale of 1-2 as a useful Real Estate tool, they're a 10 on the same scale for the Worst Possible Business to work with.

I'd recommend to all who are considering this service to run. It's definitely not worth the investment in time or money, and definitely not worth the headach.
