AVOID this transmission facility/ auto parts store at ALL COST.....

I purchased a transmission for my Saturn based on the warrantee (which is not worth the paper its written on) 2 yrs unlimited mileage, I guess its a good warrantee except the first transmission (which is supposedly overhauled and tested) that means the next level upward of a rebuilt because as stated " it has all new parts in it".... funny that transmission would not work in reverse and flagged fault codes on the computer....after some run around, some additional testing etc Jeff...the owner of GOT ALL AUTO PARTS.... said he would send a replacement transmission of which he did,

Once again...tested and good, Well maybe it would have been good had it been able to go into forward gears...then more time, more conversation, more testing and lots of frustration came the game of...."lets make a valve body deal" this is the game where the business tries to repair their crap product with as little money, thought, concern for the customer by giving them the run around on how the valve body is in need of additional parts, needs to be built, will be shipped, but was not...then shipped again but it was not...then well ... you get the picture. The installing transmission shop not only did all of the requested repairs mandated by JEFF Madison.... but went as far as ordering the complete proven replacement valve body which was in fact installed and later removed because it had no effect on the condition of the "rebuilt and tested good transmission" ....more time more wasted effort and finally a 3rd transmission arrives at the installing facility after being "tested" on another car in Michigan.... amazing, the 3rd transmission worked.....

For all of you out there keeping score, it now has been 7 months....my car runs.... but cannot be picked up because the fine folks at GOT NO AUTO PARTS THAT WORK....aka gotallautoparts.com and its owner JEFF Madison...have so far refused to pay the bill for the work of replacing 3 transmissions and several valve bodies. It seems to be that this fantastic warrantee that this transmission apparently does not have has cost them more than they want to pay. Picture if you will .... a transmission facility, making as many as they do, does not actually have a test cell to run their units on and that "tested" means YOU test it when it arrives and either works or not. There are laws actually against this kind of treatment, I will have my attorney contact them, maybe after some legal fees and positive motivation, negative publicity and such Jeff may decide that it will cost him more than handling my problem, really 7 months.... how patient are you willing to be?

Got all auto parts rebuilt transmission supplyrebuilttransmissionsupply.com transmission scam/ auto parts scam saginaw michigan

Last week the transmission in my truck started acting up, so i jumped online to try to find a deal. I checked several companies for pricing, and found rebuilt tansmission supply to be the cheapest for a rebuilt transmission with all the gm updates. I contacted kevin karwat @ 810 247 8639 on a monday and asked for the pricing again, and information on the transmission. It all sounded legit, and he stated it could be here by thursday or friday. I told him i would call back, and did some checking on the internet with the bbb and did a google search on the company, in which i could not find anything bad about "rebuilt transmission supply". So i called kevin back and placed the order, and i put it on my credit card just in case it turned out to be a scam. Kevin told me he would contact me wednesday, and that they had the transmission in stock.

Wednesday came, and after i hadnt heard from kevin by 4pm, i called him to get the scoop, it was at that time i was told that the transmission was still being rebuilt, despite him saying on monday that they had them in stock. Kevin then told me to call back the next day and he would know more accurate information. After i hung up the phone i logged on to my credit card statement to check and see if they had charged it, and sure enough they had billed me for $575 to a compamy called "got all auto parts".

The next day i called kevin again, and he gave me some excuse about the fed ex guy being there and he'd have to call me back. At this point i was already uneasy about the whole thing. After about 45 minutes went by i didn't hear back from him, so i called again and got his voicemail. I then left a message telling him i was trying to find out what was going on as it was thursday and i had no tracking number, no transmission, and i had been billed for one. He called me back about 2 minutes later, which i could barely hear him and he said to call back in the morning for the tracking number.

I then got online and started searching "got all auto parts" to which i found many reports of "poor quality" parts, and warranty items that were ignored or not honored by kevin and his "staff". I immediately called my credit card company, and cancelled the transaction, and had them change my account number. Luckily i figured it out quick enough and they were able to do so. I then called kevin, which of course he didnt answer, and i left him a message and told him to cancel my order, and that i had already called my credit card company and told them not to authorize any charges further on my account, and that i had read many interesting complaints about their company and it's business practices. I of course never heard from kevin after that.

Had i not been so cautious with my research i could have ended up with a junk transmission from "got all auto parts" or "rebuilt transmission supply" or whatever other name they want to go by, and out about $700.

I purchased a rebuilt transmission (4l60e) for 550.00 dollars with a two year warranty. Transmission is still under warrenty. When i got the transmission i had some issues with the wiring in the value body area inside the transmission pan. They replaced that and it seemed to of solved problem. Now iam having a big issue with the transmission kicking out of overdrive and into drive, Which then the speed odometer decresses in speed till u let off the gas pedal then it climbs back to its normal speed and kicks back into overdrive, till u hold it steady again then it repeats the same thing over and over again. It starts doing this right after the transmission warms up. It took me 6 weeks for the frist issue to get resloved. I have tried calling them several times to get this issue resolved and they will not return my calls, I have also left several messages with no response. The truck sits in my driveway and has cost me a great deal of trouble getting around. I'am scared to drive it , I dont want anything to happen that might cause me or other drivers issues on the road. I'am on disabilty and feel i have been taken adavantage of. I dont have much money to fix it again , so it just sits here as i am still tring to get this resolved. Got All Auto Parts Jeff Madison Corrupt Business! Bay City Michigan

Purchased a rebuilt transmission from Steve with Gotall Auto Parts back in December 2013. Once the transmission was installed in the vehicle and it was start up the transmission was making unusual noises and truck was not operating correctly. Had a local mechanic pull the transmission and inspect it. He opened it up and siad that the transmission was definitely not rebuilt and had used parts in it. Contacted Gotall Auto regarding this and made arrangements to have the transmission shipped back. Shippped it back in January and to this date 4 monts later have yet to receive credit for the transmission. I have made phone calls on a weekly basis and have been told week after week that Jeff would be sending a check on Friday (this is the day they do credits). Well 4 months of Friday's have passed and we still have received no credit. The latest we have been told is he will reimburse through PayPal. He promised a credit two weeks ago. Never saw it so I called back again and he said we would have it by last Saturday the 10th. We did not receive the credit. Jeff is a blatant liar and does not keep his word. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Got All Auto Parts Jeff/Owner Sold Rebuilt transmission that was not rebuilt. Was worse than transmission I took off truck. They have 2 year warranty that isnt worth anything because they promise to send out another transmission a bay city, Michigan

I purchased a transmission from Got All Auto parts A dealership installed this transmission and it had problems from the onset. I called and spoke with Jeff the owner of company in December and he assured me that about 4% of their transmissions fail and he would just send out another one.

Well here we are at the end of January and after 3 calls a week and numerous lies from Jeff I have still not recieved another replacement transmission. I have been without my truck for over 2 months and they could care less. Do Not buy anything from this company they do not provide you with what you thought you were buying and they dont have warranties just lies. I though dealing with a larger company and a 2 year warranty would of been safe. Don't be fooled by their quick response when they want your money. You will not recieve a good working product and you will not get any response if you have a warranty issue. I will be sending complaints to the BBB and to their local chamber of commerce. When your in business and depend on your vehicle for work You cant be left with nothing but lies after you have paid for a product. Pleas do yourself a favor and sterr clear of Got All Auto Parts you will save yoursel alot of money and headaches in the end.

I was told I'd receive my rebuilt and upgraded transmission in seven to ten days, which was great because I have a 1995 Trans Am I needed to sell.

After two week with no sign of it. I finally called and was told it was on it's way. It did show up but from what I could tell was only held to the pallet with shrink wrap. Upon inspecton I noticed a broken ear where the dust cover should bolt. It was shipped like that. gotallautoparts didnt even clean it very well, they painted over dirt/grease.

The transmission was damaged during shipping and then the fun began. I called FedEx and they had me doing a insurance claim form. Which was no problem. I called gotallautoparts and they told me they would handel it and send me a replacement in three days. I waited a week before calling them to find out what was up and they told me they had one together and were shipping it the next day.

I waited another week and called them again. they told me it was in testing because they had some trouble with it and would be sending it the next day. I waited another week and called them and they tell me they don't have any cases for my rebuild.

I ask them what happened to the one they had been working on and I'm told it didn't work out. Finally after after so many calls I lost count and NINE weeks they did finally send me a transmission. It arrives and it was not the K case. Which comes in the Camaro/Trans Am. It had the wrong shift shaft in it. No torque converter.

So I call them AGAIN. they tell me it's not that big of a job and I can just take them apart and change the wrong parts myself. My answer was I bought a transmission to fit my car! After just about loosing my mind I reluctantly said fine because it had already been Elevin weeks that I had been waiting.

So I remove the transmission pans and find gob's of black RTV. A broken hold down on the internal wire harness. Seeing this I decide to look deeper. I removed the valve body and find a seperator plate that is rusted and been cleaned up by sanding. I pull the shift solenoids and find reused old o-ring's. Bolt's way over tightened.

This transmission was far from what I was told I was Going to receive. I was told it would have New and upgraded electronic's, upgraded servo. they didn't even change the o-rings let alone put in New electronic or upgrade them. Thats a joke. This transmission was barely rebuilt let alone up-graded. I was lied to so many times by these people I lost track. Good Idea to avoid my HEAD ACHE, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS !!!!! they are not only the most unprofessional place I have ever delt with. They LIE, They LIE, They LIE!!

BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!

Ordered a reman transmission back in mid March. Paid $649 plus $100 freight and $300 to a transmission shop for professional installation and fluid. The transmission was bad, pump would not function properly, would not pull vehicle. The shop was granted permission by Jeff at Got All Auto Parts to pull the pan and inspect the filter. His findings was the transmission had not been rebuilt, no critical parts were new, still had the original twenty year old wiring harness , all the old switches and solenoids.

Contacted, A Transmission / Got All Auto, both companies are the same company, for information on how to return. The promised shipment the next day of replacement transmission. It took over a month for them to ship replacement. I called them many times and every time the told me it was shipping tomorrow, they lied. The replacement transmission did work fine but I had to put out another $300 for the transmission shop to remove and install the second one. I was also billed $127.00 for freight of the second transmission but Tammy assured me they would pay the bill but did not. Fed X turned it over to collection and was threatening to take me to court for the unpaid bill, probably taking 100 points off my credit score. Have been calling Jeff and Tammy since April trying to get a reimbursement for the second installation and now 8/12/2014 they are claiming it must have been the installer that caused the problem and refuse to refund anything (oldest scam in the books for auto parts). Bottom line, Transmission was a junk yard DOA, I paid freight after threatening letters from Fed X, and I paid for installation of the transmission twice. Never seen a more dishonest company in my life and I’m 65 years old. [email protected]
