goto-id.com is a MAJOR SCAM. I ordered two IDs from them on July 25th 2014 and still have not received so much as an email to inform me of the status of my order. I know they received my payment on Aug 1st because I tracked it for confirmation. I followed all the instructions on their website and they scammed me. I have emailed them three times since with no reply past the automated Sammie Lee saying that most of your questions can be answered on their website.

They will give you an express envelope for mailing, drop your envelope with invoice numbers and payment into the express envelope. They will tell you your options of how long it will take to arrive and the cost. Faster you want the more it will cost. Your local Postal service (USPS, Aus Post, Canada Post, etc) will be much cheaper than FEDEX or UPS.
Putting a value or listing the contents as some item other than BUSINESS PAPERS or LETTER (like jewelry/DVD/ETC) will put you at risk for Customs in China to search it and VOID our guarantee to make the order for free in the event Customs searches it.
