I purchased a condo that this group manages. I wasnt supplied a single piece of information at closing. I called them 4 TIMES without a response and emailed them twice without reply. I didnt have hot water, propane heat, a key to my mailbox, know my assigned parking spots (my neighbors were constantly yelling at me for parking in their spaces) among MANY other items that i would need to know when moving into a 100+ unit condo development.

Finally my realtor had to email them and the president finally responded. I was given a severe attitude and he gave me one-word, unhelpful answers to all my questions... and he was wrong about all of them. I was told no assigned parking spots, then a board member of the association came and screamed at me. I was told I can pick any "oil" vendor i want to set up my heat and hot water.... I have propane. The guy had no clue and didnt care to help me at all. I called and asked to speak to him because he wouldnt answer my questions well via email (after 2 weeks of not replying or calling back at all) and the receptionist wouldnt let me through to speak to him. said that he preferred to speak via email. i stated i was getting one-word answers and they werent answering my questions, and she stated "what do you want me to do" sarcastically

oh and the condo fees are super high, which would be fine, if this company did any work whatsoever.

if you are considering using this company for management or buying a unit they manage... DO NOT DO IT. I regret buying my condo and wish i could back out of the sale SOLELY due to the management company being complete scumbags.
