GREE has unbelievable terrible customer service, they never get back to you and mostly send generic messages or close your ticket without letting you know. They don't care about the customers in the littlest bit and expect you to spend hundreds and thousands to get ahead. But you will never get ahead because they have their employees playing the game for free so no matter how much you spend you will never get ahead or win. They post rules for new events and when you start to do the events they are totally different, there programs are full of glitches and servers are always crashing. Bottom line is this they want you to spend thousands of real money on a possibility of getting a grand prize item and sometimes it doesn't work out. So it's kinda like gambling and many children play this game. This game is fun and addicting but the company who runs it are criminals and they deserve to be shut down.
