Claimed it was a traffic stain in a room, which WAS NOT, so that would of been more money. After 75, he then added deordizer, protection, etc which he tried to "GIVE" it for his deal of 100.00. MOST IMPORTANT: MAN AT OFFICE, MAN THAT CALLS THAT THE TECH. IS ON THE WAY, AND THE MAN THAT SHOWS UP IS ALL THE SAME MAN.........White/green van with no information, like name, phone number, decorations. Ad on what area they service is the close or all of VA...? I pointed to the door and ordered him out then as he was getting into the van he made a hand gesture pointing at his head with his fingers going around--that I was crazy...lol.. I CALLED ABOUT THE NEAREST APPOINTMENT TIME, TOLD HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE A LIVING SOCIAL COUPON, BUT HIS CREWS WERE ALL BOOKED, BUT IF I WENT THROUGH HIM, HE HAD ANOTHER CREW TO FIT MY TIME TABLE....I feel that Living Social charges him a fee when you purchase their coupon, so he was going around Living Social so he was keeping all the money...told him that I was going to report him
