This firm sent me a debt collection notice back on Sept 2nd, 2014. I faxed them a full questionaire, using information directly found on the Federal Fair Credit Reoprting Act Consumer Help pages. I replied in less than 30 days, as per my legal requirements.
They have ignored my reply, and proceeded with taking me to court, in direct violation of Federal and Possibly State laws. I will get an attorney, again, as I already fought them once on another debt collection. I will puruse this no matter what with State Attny genl's office, and pertinent Federal Authorities. I have seen this firm has a habit of refusing to abide by the law, and respond as they are required to do.
I phoned them, left a message yesterday, got no reply. Today, 11-18-14, I sent yet another email, as the first one using their own submission process on their web page, bounced back. If they still refuse to talk, I will hire an attorney. This concerns a $2400 debt.
