Granted, he understands his work fairly well, but he really is too full of himself and what he knows can be learned in a few months by anyone with a college education. This man is very unprofessional. He gets angry and frustrated very quickly, and when he sees his favorite employee (Jessica) make mistakes he looks the other way. He definitely favors her and that is one of his biggest faults because a manager should not have favorites and should recognize when someone is a problem and do something about it. I speak about Gregg when he was a manager at ELM Insurance, the guy could careless how many people complained about Jessica, because he favored her. That made him very unprofessional and unethical. He was rude with his agents also, he had no customer service skills. This is why the company got rid of him and his gothic assistant Jessica. Thank god and good riddance.
Also in his personal life he stole money from his first wife and told many lies about this lady. He hid information from her and forged many documents with her name because he did not want to share the money with her. He sold their home in Florida and did not give her any of the earnings from the sale of the home.
He lied about her trying to destroy her creditability and hid the fact from her that she is eligible to half his military retirement.
He needs to be brought up on criminal charges and the navy should investigated him and all the years he has been collecting his retirement and not let his first wife have what she should have gotten at the time of the divorce.
