Grenco Scammed Me
I placed an order online via gpen.com and the order never shipped. Their customer service is unreachable via phone, Twitter, or email.
Do not order from this site or this company. They take your money then you can't even talk to them about the problem.
1. On 7/26/14, I received a Free Trial offer from Gpen in my AOL e-mail traffic). Since July 26th was a
Friday, this order (# 65433), did not get placed until 08/04/14.
It took this order almost 2 weeks for the Kit to arrive from Salt Lake City, Utah.
2. To be honest, the word "free" was imbedded in my memory, along with the fact that my total cost for
this "free" item was only to be $5.00 (the shipping cost). I will admit, I realized the word "trial"
did appear on the acknowledgement e-mail, from Utah. I never received any terms and conditions related
to this order at any time. Had my total cost of over $100.00 and the all the specifics related to this
Trial been provided, I seriously doubt this order would have been placed.
3. I‘ve been an e-cig smoker for over 4 years. The E-cig system is my path to quitting the Nicotine
habit altogether. I started out with the weakest nicotine cartridges (8%) and I’ve moved to the 6%
liquid formula in the past year. The Grenco unit was too bulky for me. I certainly didn’t need such
a large tank system and I had no use for all the strong e-liquid that came in the kit. I tried the
unit. It worked well enough. I stopped using it after a week and began looking for a E-pipe to fit my
style. Had I known a 30 day ($100)clock was ticking, it would've been shipped back immediately.
4. On august 24 , my credit card was hit for $99.97. I suppose August 24 was close enough to July 26 to
meet the 30 day wall (which I knew nothing about until a Grenco support employee informed me on August
25th)
5. On August 25, I reached the support staff at Grenco. The 30 day clock was explained to me. I was told
if I beat the clock with this return, it would cost me a $20.00 re-stocking fee. I accepted the
challenge and I was given RMA number # 9564771398377072 AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS. I immediately
re-packed the kit and headed to the post office. I have a Grenco e-mail with the instructions.

6. The Post Office is 5 minutes from my home. I packed it, shipped it and received a USPS Tracking #
9114901230803940336543. I tracked my shipment. My dhipment arrived at its destination on August 27th.
I e-mailed Grenco a copy of this tracking history.
7. It took me 2 calls to get a manager to see I could prove my Package arrived at the destination
on August 27th. Not, (His or Her) made up date of September 8th.
8. The operators that help me , say my account has been posted as "refund"….. done. And I could expect
my refund to be posted in 7 to 10 business days.
As of November 29, 2014, I have posted my complaint with every Authorized Los Angeles County agency
and all the pertinent State and Federal agencies. I have also opted for arbitration , etc. in order to
get this issue resolved. With the same result ... no response
As far as I know, This business has chosen not to respond to anyone about my transaction.
This does not mean Grenco is not under scrutiny or investigation. Some Federal agencies do not report
any status to the consumer. Their attitude is ; Since you fell for the "Free" (something for nothing
trap), don't bug us. Nice to know the Law Enforcement, relatives and friends are so immune.
