I have a contract with them to compensate me for Recruiting sales people for their program. In July of 2014, I became aware of multiple cases of Fraud being committed by a GroundSwell Contractor in Albuquerque NM. This contractor was one of my recruits. I asked that he be terminated for his role in the 200 + cases of Fruad. However, my request was denied and he was allowed to bring some of the reps from Albuquerque to California, where he is active today.
After trying to remove him from the business, I was soon blocked from all of my Team's dailey sales data.
After several requests to see my Team's stats, I was told that I could not see the dailey numbers.
I have a lawsuite pending against Groundswell LLC for $50,000 plus legal fees.
These people are dishonest , unethical , and need to be exposed.
