THIS COMPANY SUCKS! I signed up with these clowns over a year ago and at first they were great. They were responsive to complaints and I had a rep assigned to me. I too had Jan Morgan. Let me say that I believe Jan did the best she could but her hands were tied with the tech side of things. My site is riddled with typos and horrible content. Not only did they misspell the name of my city, they spelled it three different ways - all incorrect. That would not be so bad if I could get them to change it!
They spelled my name wrong even though I told them I did not want my name on the site. They have me listed under the wrong categories on yelp. I don't rank on Bing at all, and I don't get any calls. But every time I call this number 888-620-9838 it goes to voice mail and no one returns calls anymore.
The owner is the one got me to sign up in the first place his name is Forrest chamberlain! He promised that if I was not happy they would give my domain to me and let me move on. Well he LIED. They have kept my domain, not returned my calls, and they still have the god awful site up where all my potential clients can see. My site is laughable at best. The links are broken, I don't rank like they promised, and they do not provide site traffic reports as promised too. To be fair they did stop charging me when I asked them to do so.
I am not giving my name because I am still trying to get my site back and consulting with a lawyer. I am not the competition I am a very angry client. I also believe Forrest chamberlain and his cronies would smear my business out of spite.
