This report is to inform people not to buy any products from WWW.DIYCARDVD.COM AKA GuangZhou YILE Electronics CO LTD Shop Keeper : Hemin Li. I purchased a car radio/DVD player from WWW.DIYCARDVD.COM and paid through paypal. At first Hemin Li at [email protected] provided me with pictures of my product before it was shipped. Upon arrival of my device, Hemin Li was responsive to my questions in the begining. but the certain functions of the product were not working correctly.
The items iPOD, AUX connection, and clock were not functioning correctly. I could not change the time manually on my radio. I paid $510.16 after a several attemps to contact Hemin Li from WWW.DIYCARDVD.COM I still didn't hear anything. It was until I reported Hemin Li to Paypal when I finally got a response. The response I received was "?? pls just say the issue simply. I cannot read it when I saw a long long words, my head is got pain. the day you sent me email is weekend, when Monday I started to work,, I forgot this email."
My last attempt was on 4/11/2014. After Paypal was contacted it was on May 21st when I received this message. I explained what my issues were and I have not heard back from Hemin Li from WWW.DIYCARDVD.COM and I will have to further open up my case with Paypal to report. My Device has a 12 month warranty and I cannot in touch with them to return the item. They are delaying the communication process so the 12 warranty is expired. Beware of any products from WWW.DIYCARDVD.COM AKA GuangZhou YILE Electronics CO LTD Shop Keeper : Hemin Li.
