I'm renting a home with Guardian Security included. I just learned that they have not been able to monitor my home for 6 months!! I spoke to Eric and he was supposed to send over a technician to correct the problem 3 days ago. No one showed up and now I can't get a call back from Guardian. I really can't believe the monitoring eas paid for but not done. I verified that my internet line is in good condition with Frontier Communications and the problem lies with Guardian. I spoke to Mr. Southern of Guardian and he said he would get back to me. He did not. I finally called the central station and verified that the service is in good working order. Why did Eric say I haven't had service for 6 months? Why didn't Eric get back to my? Who knows? Do I currently have reliable service? Who knows?
