Kelley's auto sales included this company in my sales contract, and I was told this company will repair all repairs that is under my contract,it was less then 30 days i had an electrical issue, for which states in my contract is covered, these people refused to pay the repair shop, and when i called which was several times all you will get is 'all our operators are busy please hold and we will take your call in the order it came in' no one ever answer your call, this warrantty cost me $1350.00 and you can not cancell it, or get a refund, or get any service this is crimnal, and this type of thief should not be allowed to contuie on the public as it is. If i did something like this to someone they have the FBI and everybody after me, I'm going to file a small claims case against them and I'm going to do everything I can to inform the public about this company

I recently purchased a 2012 BMW 7 Series Active Hybrid from Atanta Luxury Motor in Atlanta. (By the way, I research ALM complaints issues and discovered they have many complaints with selling Cars that immediately have major problems). Along with this purchase, I was enticed to purchase an extended warranty by Atlanta Luxury Motor Sales Finance Manager, Adam, and was told that the extended warranty covers all engine repairs and transmission repairs.

After a couple of weeks, a warming light can on indicating Minimum oil level, Add 1 quart of oil. I immediately took the car back to Atlanta Luxury Motors to have them to check it out. ALM checked it out, problem fixed, all is find, ok to drive. After a couple weeks of continuing driving, the same warming lights came on. Also noticed exhault smoke coming from tail pikes. Went back to ALM and indicated to them the problem and the said they would keep the car for a few days to have it checked out. My car sat over there for 6 days and i discovered they had not even looked at the car. They couldn't give me a diagnositic report of the car.

So after going back and forth, the floor sales manager asked me did i have a extended warranty and i indicated I did. He set it up with United BWN of Gwinnett to have the car look at and from United BMW report I had a Value issue with the car that would cost $8200 to repair. United BMW called GWC warranty company detailing to a claim representative what was the problem where the Claim Rep said a Claim adjustor would be coming by United BMW to Review the car and the report. Joe Patrick, the GWC Rep, review the Car and the Report and came to his conclusion that the problem was an "normal oil Consumption" problem where BMWs normally consume oil.

So GWC denied the claim. But by the way, A claim rep. at GWC, Steve, had inform me 2 days before Joe went to view the car, that he wanted me to take the car to one of their preferred repair shop and have the car repaired for $5400 because BMW charges too much for labor cost. When i constantly called GWC to inquire about them denial of the claim because of their finding of "oil Consumption", they continue to change their story and said first, the car was not smoking and then they said they don't cover value seal repair. My warranty clearly states it covers all intake values, gaskets and seals issues.

Afterward, I contacted Atlanta Luxury Motor to inform the Finance Sales Manager, Adam, that GWC is not honoring the warrantly to repair my car because they are saiding it is a normal oil consumption issue. The Finance Sales Manager call his rep. and repeated the same to Adam, that it is an oil consumption issue and the Rep. at BMW was the one that said it was an oil consumption problem. Joe, GWC rep, also added that it is a value seal issue and is not covered by the warranty. My wanrranty clearly states, that it cover all values, gaskets and seals repairs. Adam basically went along with GWC. But with me continuely pressing on to resolve this issue, I went back to United BMW, and had the Rep. at BMW to agree by 3-Way phone call that he will verify that he never told Joe Patrick, GWC rep., that my car had a oil consumption problem.

This is where im at with dealing with this whole issues with GWC. I have contacted The Georgia Attorney General and file a report with them and also contacted The Attorney General of Pennsylvania to file a report. Hopefully, they will get some results because, if it mean obtaining a lawyer, that will be my next step. Do not purchase an Extended Warranty with GWC Warranty Corp and Do not purchase a car from Atlanta Luxury Motor.

My car stopped shifting gears so I called GWC and they sent a tow truck on June 27th, 2014 to pick up the car. (I was in CT and I live in NY). Today is July 31, 2014 and the car still has not been fixed due to a series of mistakes on their part.

1. They sent someone to drive my car to see what the problem was. He said there was nothing wrong with it. The mechanic asked him (GWC) to look at it again. He (GWC) said no, so the mechanic took it for a drive and had to have it towed again.

2. The transmission needs repair or to be replaced, but they refused to have the mechanic rebuild or put a new one in the car. They told me they would get one from a "junk yard". Since the car only has 51,000 miles on it I asked that they put in a new one or one with no more than 50,000 miles. They refused.

3. The part has not arrived at the mechanic because GWC sent the part to the wrong address. A full 4 weeks after they sent the part to the wrong place the mechanic still doesn't have it.

I am allowed to rent a car for five days of which they will pay $35 per day, according to my contract. I didn't rent a car the first week because I don't have "rental car money". When I realized that the car still wasn't being fixed I debated, but then decided to rent a car on July 8th so that I could carry on with my life. I asked that they pay the entire bill because it is their mistake(s) that caused me to have to rent in the first place. They said they would accommodate me by paying for 8 days @ $35 per day and refuse to budge. That same person (Joe Patrick) told me that I could not speak with his manager. I do not have the money to pay for this car and why should I have to incur costs because of their incompetence? As a corporation, not only would this be the right thing to do, but it's good customer service and they can afford it more than I.

On top of everything else they (GWC) had the audacity to have the attitude that I was annoying them, which is beyond measure. I purchased a top of the line warranty and they have made it their job to try to make me wish i had never entered into their contract. My experience with them more than distasteful. They clearly have a really bad reputation as the complaints online are too numerous to read.

After sending this information to the chief executive officers at GWC as well as the Better Business bureau, Chamber of Commerce, PA Attorney General I received a phone call from the Claims Manager who said to fax him the bill for the entire cost of the rental car. That conversation was had on July 21, 2014. I have received NO other phone calls or acknowledgement of service from GWC since July 21, 2014. My car has been on a lift at a garage for 5 weeks. The transmission could have been rebuilt since last week.

I want my car back. I want an executive to get in touch with me and acknowledge the incompetence of the claims department as well as make anything happen so that I receive my car now. I want them to honor the contract, finish having my car fixed and pay for the entire rental car bill that I wouldn't have incurred had it not been for all of their errors. I would like for there to be an investigation into this company as I cannot be the only person who is having trouble getting what I paid for from GWC.

I spoke to RICHARD an agent working for GWC warranty on 9/4/2013 and asked him before adding it to my car if upgrading the suspension on my car would void my warranty or cause any issues.Richard kindly said no it would not be an issue.

I have since added it to my car. I called GWC again on 9/30 and asked SAM if I added a BOV (blow of valve) to my car if it would cause any warranty issues. He explained to me if it is properly installed there would be no issues. I added it to my car because I like the sound it makes and doing this time my car had 3 warranty repairs approved from AC to OIL leaks with no issues.

I took my car in for smoke coming from the exhaust to BMW and they advised me that the Turbo on the car needs to be replaced. To get a second opinion I took it to the shop that did all the work on my car from the GWC warranty repairs to the install of the suspension and BOV. They looked at the car and said the same thing that the TURBO needs to be replaced. They contacted GWC to file the warranty claim.

GWC responded 3 days later stating the my warranty is completely VOID do to the SUSPENSION and BOV upgrade. They stated that my car is no longer covered because on that, which is strange because they have done warranty work on the car while these pieces were installed. I contacted GWC over the phone to ask them what happen? DOMINIC told me there is nothing they can do and that my car is not covered even if the agent told me it was OK.

They said they see it in the notes but they gave me the wrong information. I specific paid for the best warranty available and added the extra charge for covering the TURBO because the salesperson let me know that the TURBO on the BMW 335 are known to need replacement around the 70-90k mileage mark.

I spoke to both BMW and the repair shop and they have advised me that neither BOV or SUSPENSION upgrades could have cause this in a car that is rarely driven, this can be verified by the mileages.I have to now pay the repair shop $3600 out of pocket to repair after paying $2840 for an extended warranty on the car.
