He will convince you that he is on your side and, even gain your trust by showing up the first few times that he is booked for a job. After that, it is a roller coaster ride of emotions as you realize that you have been scammed and, conned out of your hard earned money. Do not allow this smooth talking, ripoff to take a cent of your money. He is a liar and a cheat... a man who does not know the value of a honest word. Herman Bullock should not be allowed to own and operate even a lemonade stand. He will tell you there was a legitimate reason as to why he did not show up when in reality, his plan all along was to abscond with your money.
